alicia bPlease don't make a pick up and drop off location be different. I should not have had to take an Uber from drop off site to go pick up my vehicle where I left it that morning when I picked up the truck. Horribly inconvenient and a complete hassle especially at a weird drop off location. A woman by herself should not have had to stand in a strange drop off location waiting on an Uber. Horrible drop off site. The parking lot barely fit the size of the truck. Dangerous location. People get shot by there.

Karla AThe truck's gas was on empty and I was advised to fill up with as much gas as I am going to use. Every customer here is risking getting stranded on an empty tank and the fuel pump is decreasing its lifespan. The vehicle was filled with trash. The reserved vehicle (15' truck) was not returned because the previous driver said that he did not have another ride arranged and so he was allowed to take the Uhaul out again. I had to take another vehicle (26' truck) which was listed as available, but in terrible condition. The location should NOT be available for larger trucks, because it is a one-way parking area along a busy, 4-lane street. It is too dangerous to operate a vehicle of that size with the limited space that they have available.
Sawyer HNo one was in the store and they added insurance without my knowledge to the contract I already had agreed to. I did get refunded later. The staff person was out smoking by my car while I was trying to get the phone to work on the ridiculous U-Haul app that kept stalling and asking for documents, such as a passport, which few would even have!
Richard PI had to go and hook up trailer without assistance from employees. Then had to go back and get an extension. Had trouble with link to checkout trailer. Not a good experience at all.
Eric MFriendly Service! Recommend checking safety chains before renting. Our safety chain was very rusted and several links ground very thin due to dragging on pavement by previous users. Chain would not of held if needed.
