I saw roaches in truck and truck was acting up while driving Dolly was fine it’s the truck was dirty dusty Messed up my couch stains

The truck was awful. The dealer refused to help me change the payment after he told Traffic he would. I needed every penny on that card for down payment on a condo & needed to switch credit cards. Up until that time the personnel I interacted with were great. I spent almost $200 on the rental & was desparate to keep the charges off my debit card. The dealer didn't answer his telephone nor did he listen to the message I left, nor did he read the notes on my account. Then the last telephone agent weas unfriendly & not helpful at all. The last interaction with UHaul left a bad impression because of the condition of the truck, the dealer's attitude the day after I turned it in and the indifference shown by the last telephone customer service agent. Boo.

I reserved a truck at another location, and to my surprise when I arrive to pick truck up there was no trucks available. I was then told that the only location that had a truck "smaller than what I reserved" was 30 mins away from me. I was in a jam so had no choice but to go and use that truck. Needless to say I was not happy about this situation and how Uhaul handled there mess up

I was incredibly disappointed that the truck was not available at the original location. I had to waste another hour on hold with customer service, and driving to and from the next location. The second location was perfect and had amazing customer service.
