I had to go and hook up trailer without assistance from employees. Then had to go back and get an extension. Had trouble with link to checkout trailer. Not a good experience at all.
Eric M.Friendly Service! Recommend checking safety chains before renting. Our safety chain was very rusted and several links ground very thin due to dragging on pavement by previous users. Chain would not of held if needed.
