Was not against this location was a little aggravated that I went to the original drop off location in callahan, FL and they would not allow me to drop the truck off there. If they don't want trucks left at their location maybe stop working with Uhaul.

I didn't receive my moving pads when I received the truck and I wasn't aware of my mileage when I picked up the truck. A lot of misunderstandings! So I was charged extra thinking I had 3 days and 373 miles.

Very satisfied with local rep., but very disappointed in U-Haul. I have rented your equipment many times and have always had 24 hours. Yesterday I was told I had 6 hours, but the price was the same. Please explain!!

Have someone help drop off trailer. This location is very hard to drop off a trailer. Not enough room to park the trailer and NO ONE came out to help . Very poor customer service for returning trailer.

The Uhaul rep at this location did not want to inspect the vehicle before or after my rental. They were not very informative and did not give me a copy of the rental contract or receipt.

The trailer lights were very dim. I used my own magnet mount lights which were good and bright. I did not want to get ticketed.

This location was the fourth location I was given and was 39 miles from my location. Two other locations with the equipment needed were closed when the web page clearly showed they were open. The scheduling was weak at best.

U-HAUL HAS LOST THE BUBBLE! HOW DARE YOU STAY IN BUSINESS? THIS RENTAL WAS AN ABORTIION!!! 1. CONTRACT WAS DONE OVER PHONE AT 830AM W UHAUL 800 #. WAS TOLD TO BRING EMAIL CONFIRMATIION TO UHAUL DEALER IN FOLKSTON. 2. UHAUL DEALER HAD NO IDEA ON PAPERWORK. HAD TO CALL "DISTRICT" TO OBTAIN CONTRACT. (20 MIN TIME TRANSPIRED) . HAD TO START CONTRACT AGAIN!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! ( AT THIS TIME GAVE UP ON UHAUL ADN WENT HOME) 3. CALLED TOW TRUCK, WAS GIVEN PRICE OF $200 TO TOW VEHICLE TO YULEE, 20 MILES AWAY. WIFE HAD A COW!! CALLED UHAUL 800 # AGAIN! WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? ARE YOU THAT BUSY? CUSTOMER SERVICE BE DAMNED! ANY HOW WIFE GOT THRU FINALLY TO HUMAN VOICE! RE-INITIATED ORIGINAL CONTRACT. KEPT HUMAN VOICE ON PHONE WHILE WE DROVE TO UHAUL DEALER, 5 MIN AWAY. 4. WHEN WE GOT THERE PEOPLE WERE READY TO HOOK UP CAR DOLLY. NO HASSLE OR REPEAT OF EARLIER CRAP! HOOKED UP TOOK CAR DOLLY AND CARRIED CAR TO GARAGE FOR REPAIR. BROUGHT DOLLY BACK. 5. HOOK UP AND TRIP THERE AND BACK , ABOUT 1.5 HRS. TOTAL TIME WITH PAPERWORK... ABOUT 2 HRS??????? IF I RAN MY BUSINESS THIS WAY I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN A WEEK! FIGURE IT OUT, GET ON WITH IT. DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU ARE DOING THEM A FAVOR. TREAT THEM LIKE CUSTOMERS, DECENTLY, FAIRLY, AMD RESPECTED. GOD HELP ME IF I EVER USE YOU AGAIN..... NOTE: I HAVE MOVED COAST TO COAST SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE.
