Wehicles are too old and need to maintain. The location is very good and the lady at the location is very nice.

MARY FDon't leave marijuana from previous person or workers in the truck. Get that trucks front end checked too. Has a 130k miles on it and definitely feels like it. Will be using Penske next time. Lost faith in U-Haul to keep me safe.
BRANDON SThe interior of Truck was dirtier than any other truck I have rented from multiple locations. Sticky stuff on the driver seat, in between the seats, stuff left behind from the pervious person. The back was also very dirty with debris large and small in the back. I let the staff know when I returned it and left all remaining items (mostly trash) for them to see.

KENDELL MI could not park due to there not being any spaces. I had to use extra gas and time trying to figure out parking. I then was charged for extra gas even though I paid the extra fees. I looked up the service because I've always been told if I buy the extra I do not have to pay, yet I was unfotanately charged. I had to rent the truck extra days unexpectedly due to unforseen life events, even though I only used it one day. I called U-haul and there was absolutely no empathy. I think I will be renting from other rentals as I have been a customer of U-hauls and repeat business. It's unfortunate to have had this experience. U-Haul offers fuel services for up to three gallons of fuel in the event of a customer running out of gas. U-Haul also offers an EZ-Fuel service that allows customers to return the truck with less than a full tank of gas.

Richard HTruck was dirty when I picked it up. I had to clean it out before I could load my furniture into it. There were moving blankets and a dolly left inside from the previous renter. I uploaded the pictures to Uhaul and was still charged a cleaning fee. I will not ever use this location again.

Aaron GThe unit was clean to the naked eye, however I rented this to put flowers in for my daughters wedding, LUCKILY I put a blanket down just to be on the safe side because they were WHITE roses. I'm so thankful I did!!! There was black residue all over the bottom of the blanket when we pulled it out. This would have totally ruined the flowers had I not of put the blanket down. The Customer Service rep at the location as AWESOME!! She stayed 45 mins late to accommodate us getting this trailer.... she deserves to be recognized for her kindness!!!

ANTHONY SMy uhaul reservation with Panther Storage and Parking LLC was scheduled for pickup at 1pm on Saturday, 10/5/24. However, I was unable to complete my rental until well after 2pm. Upon arrival, all the office doors were locked and there was a sign stating the employee was on the property grounds with a number to call for services needed. I called the number a total of 18x in the almost hour that passed with no service/no answer. Office hours on Saturday end at 2pm which made the time window that much more significant. When I drove around the property I was able to see there was a back office setup that had multiple vehicles and a golf cart parked in front, I figured the employee had to be inside there. After honking repeatedly on multiple different occasions, the employee finally emerged looking as if she had been sleeping. She claimed to have been sick and in the restroom the entire time, also claiming to not have received a single call or voicemail. I barely made it to my scheduled furniture pickup in south Austin, arriving with just 10 minutes left to load an entire bedroom of furniture. This display of complete unprofessionalism and accountability is inexcusable.

Rachel AArrived at my drop-off time (in the middle of the day) to a sign on the door saying they'd stepped out and would be back soon. I called and was told to just drop my key in the dropbox, easy enough. However, they didn't return and check my rental in until after it was due and I was charged for an extra day of use and coverage. If they can see that there is a return scheduled, why choose to leave then? When I called to ask about my receipt, the woman on the phone was rude, and deferred me to 1800GoUhaul because "they'll fix it." After sitting on hold for some time, the customer service representative pulled up my account and said that the location should've explained the online check-in if it was available. They did not, probably because they don't have it - which is another good reason for not leaving during business hours.. Overall disappointed, hoping to hear back within 72 hours to see if I can get this settled.

Then at pick up time I came in and she ignored me, she went out for something and didn't say a word even though she had to walk next to me. The she forced me to pay the insurance even though I had declined it. She said I couldn't rent just the trailer, when I have done it in the past I would never pick this location again
Patricia PWhen did Uhaul become self-serve? I showed up to return the trailer, the lady was rude as usual, and I had to unload the son of a bitch myself. I will NEVER use that location again!
Michael WThe lady at the Uhaul was very nice and helpful. The Uhaul itself was very dirty and the gas tank was NOT filled up all the way. We filled it up and cleaned out the uhaul and made it right when we brought it back to the dealership where we dropped it off.

FRANK MI dropped off the truck between their business hours and no one was there. A note on the door started that they were "running errands". I did leave the truck, and dropped the key in the night drop. They did call me later, but, it was an uneasy process.
Dave BThe box was never correctly secured to the frame. Had to keep for extra time to find resolution out of fear that it was going to be a chargeable penalty. Which I guess it was on account of the extra time I needed to ensure it was returned in more adequate condition. Service clerk was not pleasant either. Hate that my money went here. But I did get the job done. That's good.

Dan HYour app is super complex to use. Number of photos to be taken, extra verification even after already verified. Basically doing the job of your counter person for free and there is no associated discount on the rental. Not the best experience
Paul CThe moving truck I rented smell awefull of cigarette smoke. And the back of it was dirty. I made sure and replaced the gas in it but was still charge for 4 more gallons at 5 per gallon. I had reserved a truck the night before but when I got there all that was left was the large one.There is also a 21 charge on there that I'm not even sure what it is.
