The store people were nice. U haul was so rude an unprofessional. It took me 3 hours to get my u haul because they u haul place decided to mess up my order which I did two days prior and then when I call to fix it they were absolute rude people, they didn't give me a discount or any extra time or anything and not was their fault, also they kept telling me my card didn't work which it did, I used the San card to get the damn cash off to pay u haul. Do not use u haul it was a nightmare

The drop location, said that they didn't take other trailers, so maybe their should a list of place that do,so that customers will know in the future. But their lot was clean and very nice

When we rent the dolly it took over 2 weeks to find out they never even checked the item back in like they were supposed to and it caused a big problem with 200$ of our money that was being held by the bank the dolly was turned in not even 3 hours after we rented

Reservation was made a month in advance an time came no 20 footer was given a26 footer but it was 30milesfrom us an much more expensive on gas almost 100 in fuel so in reality i didn't save a penny

Had to wait for manager to arrive for inspection. On duty clerk kept pushing me back to help other customer of the store.

The person running the place was late in helping us. He had no idea what he was doing. The car hauler had an expired tag. It was a joke in that his was the only location we could get any help in Nashville to rent the equipment.

The truck smelled like doge and had dog hair all in it and there was a hole in the right front Conner roof witch rain came in on my stuff

They did not have the appliance dolly that i ordered. Took over 30 minutes to get support on the phone to help him realize that the transaction wouldn't go thru because he didn't have the right dolly. Then when i dropped off there was no one there that knew how to use the uhaul computer to check me out so i had to wait 30 more minutes to get to drop off and actually leave.

The customer service was not good. First we had an older gentleman that didn’t know anything about it so he had to call a younger guy to come to store. There wasn’t a unit available in the size we needed where we had reserved and we had to do all the calling- Jerry Kelley told us they had found a 5X8 in Hahira which was not the size we reserved but drive there to see if it would work but too small so I pulled up locations and called Martin but they didn’t have one but advised we call the 800 and let you find us one . UHaul advises there was one at Paps in Nashville so I called there and the older gentleman didn’t know what they had but told me to come on anyway. I advised I didn’t want to drive there if they did not have but finally gave up and went anyway. They did have but the service there was very poor. He wrote it out at 4:30 and it was after 5 before he even got through putting into computer but told us as long as we got it back by 5 he would honor one day rental. We had it back at 5 but only the older gentleman was there and it took him until about 5:20 to get in touch with the younger guy to find out what to do. The gentleman on the phone stated we was late and I said NO we have been there since 5 and was just waiting so he finally agreed and told us it was okay to go and we would just be Charlotte ged for the one days rate plus taxes and insurance of course. My invoice is correct but we had a LOT of runaround from finding one to the very end. Thought you would want to know

Do not rent trucks if you do not have them available. Having to add 2 hours to my trip because you over booked a location is bad business.
