Chad K.Waiting time to be seen was less than two minutes, and I was initially greeted by two different male staff members when I arrived. There were many services available here and I will return as a customer for the convenience. I was able to observe how they interacted with others and I appreciated how they communicated their knowledge to allow others to understand. No one was rude, it was straight to the point, and the genuinely kind. I think the best people in the business operate here, and I think very few know it. I think possibly their current customers have no idea how good they have it. I'm 36. So no one sees me as a retired veteran who held national security level clearances, but I suppose that was the point. They didn't judge me, and they went above and beyond by proving me step by step instructions to verify my registration and touchless hook up.

Ken W.I would like to say that this place should not be a uhaul rental place for two reasons. Number one, the space. I understand that space is hard to come by but when I'm told "don't block anyone in otherwise I'll charge you" that makes me think that it is the location not the people. For example I returned my uhaul where I found it, and to do so I had to drive both times on a public sidewalk! Number two, this place is a pickup and drop off location that has "sugar sand" in the back lot. That's fine, but MARK IT!!! My fiance also rented one and she felt she had no where else to park it and unknowingly parked it right in the sand pit. This morning we get a call saying "if we have to tow it out we're gonna charge" like wtf?!?!? Prior to this I was told "we have pallets and barrels back there so no one parks back there" ?!?!?! Soooo you're telling me because you have an area of your lot that you "can't use" you're still gonna rent everything from trailers to massive trucks???? Makes no sense to me and just overall wouldn't pickup or drop-off at this location if you can avoid it. Customer service 3/10, location 0/10, trucks 8/10.
James C.The left side washer nozzle needs adjusting/cleaning. The right wiper blade is ripped. Otherwise truck worked good for what we needed To put it bluntly, the Uhaul app SUCKS!! Spent almost 2 hours trying to pick up vehicle with help from your CSR on the phone. Spent 20 min trying to get it to work for dropping off truck when done, finally gave up and just locked keys in the back. You need to fix that!!

William B.Your log in and computer access for rentals is dismal and utterly useless. My reservation never showed up on my account making it impossible to check out OR check in upon my return. The web site is impossible to navigate easily, slow to respond and does not corolate rental information I received to my account. It's so bad I will hesitate to ever use your rentals again, You probably won't care because NONE of my rentals show up on your programs so you cant access them either. Very disappointed

Steve C.I would like multiple selections at more stores or even a delivered to site option. Can hitch locks be included in rental since standard locks don't work? It would be nice to have daily rates and extension options. I would like provide quick turnaround instead of keeping items longer than needed.

As a woman I wouldn't have been strong enough to work the door by myself. I'm thankful my son was with to open the door each time.

The gentleman working the location was rude asked why I didn't pull out and drive on the sidewalk because apparently that is what they do. No printer to print receipt. Waited 20 minutes upon return they offered to take the keys and e-mail us our receipt as soon as the one person that could help us was off the phone... did not get the receipt until the next afternoon. The truck was clean and comfortable. The service, location, and sand trap of a parking lot left a lot to be desired.

HEATHER L.The trailer i rented had grease on the the floor and the door was very difficult to raise. It kept getting jambed and the gasket was falling off. There is a leak somewhere on the side. We drove through a little rain and when unloading found some items were wet.
Robert H.I have rented from this location several times. They are not polite at all. I always feel like I'm an inconvenience when I arrive to pickup my equipment. Very poor customer service. They sent me with a trailer that's taillights weren't all working. When I mentioned it at my return the lady knew they weren't working and said she wasn't sure why they rented me that one because it's scheduled for repair. I would not recommend that location for U-Haul or any other services.

JOHN M.The truck was filthy. When I pointed this out to the lady helping me, her response was that the cleaning lady did not show up the day before. I commented on the nastiness that appeared to be chewing tobacco spit all over the center console and in the cup holds, and what was a mixture of we cookies and very clearly some sore of farm excrement on the floor she was kind enough to offer me some disinfecting whips. She did say I could use as many as I liked. My wife and I stopped at a Walmart and got cleaning supplies. We cleaned the cab multiple times on our 1600 mile drive to Redmond Washington. We even used air fresheners , in the end we were not very successful in getting the smell of hay and farm yard out of the truck. I want to add that the rear of the truck was not swept out. And the front of the truck was covered in bugs. As a safety concern I pressure washed the front of the truck in a self serve car wash to just get something that was less disgusting. I won't even get into the fact that the website claims 12mgp but the trip computer reports only 8,7 mpg, or that the U-Haul inspection sticker on the door say 2015 on it. This was a horrible experience. My previous rentals were ok. But this has me thinking if I ever want to use UHaul ever again.

Terry V.The inside of the cab of this truck smelled like urine. I rented a tow dolly that I couldn't use because the straps were fraid and I didn't trust it. The outside of the truck was covered in mud this was the first time I ever rented a U-Haul truck and I don't think I ever will again!
