I was guaranteed a pick up at 0800 at a different location, they called me in the morning and switched it to this location for pick up. I arrived at 9:15 so they would have time to process previous return. There was no one at the location, it took 3 phone calls and a hour wait to get it straightened out. The truck was on 1/8 tank of gas or less with 22 miles to empty . There was also a sign posted about 50 $off guarantee if truck not ready as promised. Well I didn't get 50 $offBarbara B.

I have got Uhaul several times. The trucks are so clean and nice I would eat off the floor... but not this truck. First off, windshield was cracked. There was soda splattered all over the inside. The windshield was nasty dirty. There was cigarette ash in the cup holder, and finally the inside was muddy as hell!diana P.

When I made my reservation online I deliberately selected no insurance I was only towing a truck 73 miles I didn't need it was an old truck. When I showed out to pick up the trailer the system had changed my selection to adding the insurance? that's a scam U-Haul should not do that to people if I wasn't paying attention I would have had to pay for the insurance. because of the suggestive selling of the clerk I went ahead and got it but felt pressured but now I regret it because realizing that U-Haul scammed me by altering my selection after I made the reservation. The reservation when it's made online I should get a copy of all the things I checked but I don't so the U-Haul computer system is programmed to add on the insurance even though you didn't want it. If I wasn't paying attention I would not have caught it.M Adam S.
The owner tried to hook-up the trailer at a 90 degree angle. This is insane. I refused to hook-up the trailer this way. The owner them became very cool. I will never rent from this place ever again.Ron S.

Difficulty with contract When I scheduled on phone I asked for 1 day my contract came back as 2 days I was scheduled to have insurance which I did not want and no one had ever asked me if I wanted insurance He had me initial the gas tank as being 9/16 full but when I looked at the gas gauge it was less than 1/2 tank When I inquired at the desk about the gas I got the same answer I got when I inquired about the insurance and the 2 day instead of the 1 day rental; "who ever made the reservation did it" There was no sense of taking responsibility. I returned the car at 6:40 PM. They said they closed at 7PM. When I asked for a receipt I was told the representative was eating his dinner and he will email the receipt. I said I will wait for him to finish his dinner to get a receipt After 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby the representative showed up and asked for the keys to go look at the truck. He then came back and told me he would email me the receipt despite me waiting for him to eat his dinner so I could get a receipt. Overall the customer service was terrible. Also, if you are going to have people initial what the gas tank level was and what the starting mileage is then the customer should get a copy for their records. None of the paper work I was given had this on it. I think in terms of simplifying the gas return, the truck should start with a full tank rather than having to judge whether your back at the 9/16 of a tank you were told you started out at.Dean L.

It was hard to find due to the fact that there was no U-HAUL sign to indicate where to drop off the truck. Truck was not inspected at time of drop. Was told that there may be additional charges to my C/C. Mileage was less than the amount allowed and fuel was at least at 1/4 of a tank more than when I drove it off the lot in Saginaw, Michigan. Would have liked the young lady check everything before I drove off. ThanksBob G.

sorry...fourth time rented this summer..first this location. girl filled out forms..said thank you and walked away.I asked where Trailer was..said out back. No help..had to drag it out away from car hauler unit to hook up myself.luckily, I pull a 24 foot camper. but lifting a 6x12 cargo trailer sideways Kind of heavy. I tried emailing my concerns to the listed address with my receipt but all emails to that address have failed. I have issues with my bill for the U-Haul rental that took place on May 18th. I was overcharged by 53 miles. I have pictures that are geo- and time-tagged to proved the validity of my statements. I should have only been charged for 170 miles. I also refilled the fuel tank to the capacity in which I received the vehicle at, which makes me wonder why I was charged 31,50 $ for an EZ fuel sale. The lady that managed the U-Haul rental arrived almost 30 minutes later than the time I scheduled to pick up the U-Haul. She did not check the U-Haul over with me to ensure everything was as it should have been. Instead she quickly had me sign what papers I needed to and then quickly left without giving any instructions as to how to return the truck or what to do with the keys. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and one that highly discourages me from using U-Haul services again in the future.Derek M.

We rented 2 pieces that we needed to pickup in OLNEY To move my aging parents to Indpls but found out late day prior that pickup would be an hour away. I rented a 6x10 trailer. The guy didn't even wanna come help hook up the trailer. Not all of the tires were the same size, causing one of the tires to continually deflate. When I tried to call and let the dealer know we'd be late because of this problem, he'd never answer. Never going there again.JOE M.
