Merchell aEquipment i rented was dirty enough that at the next location they attempted to charge me for the mess left within the truck. I didn't even use the inside of the truck I used it to tow a trailer. Your website let me put a reservation down on a piece of equipment that didn't exist and then this location had to cancel the rental and didn't ask when I would like to return it resulting in me being charged an additional $130 for being over time on the return. I explained this to the drop off location and they were unable to help because I didn't rent it at that location. Who the heck rents a truck and trailer and makes two different drop off times 4 hours apart?
Garrett GThe rental truck's gas cap was missing. I only used the truck for 12 miles (a brand new GMC was following with an accurate Odometer which verified the mileage). When returned to the rental store they had my mileage at 20 miles. The mileage was 60 % higher than actual. I'm truly glad it wasn't a long distance rental. I won't recommend U-Haul in the future.

MARY CBusiness is a vape (THC-A and Delta-8), smoking (pre-rolls), and lottery store primarily with U-Haul as a secondary business. Ok drop-off point but they only had one truck and one other trailer (car hauler) and doubtful if they have any moving accessories like pads, dollys etc.
STEVEN CThe truck was dirty inside we couldn’t move anything because the back of the u haul was dirty and smelled so bad so we had to drive all the way back to change the trucks then when I went to return the truck I had to wait almost over 30 minutes and only got $37 back I wouldn’t recommend this company they don’t pick up the phone

ROBIN MAfter finally finding the drop off location in a vape shop in a residential area while it was pouring rain outside they told me to unhook it behind their store. Not being really familiar with the removal process of that particular trailer I stood out in the rain completely soaked while the owners (?) of the shop watched, then finally came over to lend a hand. Not exactly the customer service I am used to from U-Haul and I have used your business a few times.

John WPickup Location employee needs to learn how to provide acceptable customer service. Once the U-Haul Reservation Dealer (Mr. Ben) told me where I would be picking up the Rental Truck at Paradise, I decided to visit the store and see the truck that we would be renting. I tried calling the store earlier and could not get an answer from the phone number that's posted on the U-Haul Truck Reservation sheet. As I approached the counter at Paradise and realized that someone was on duty, I had a few questions and the lady remained seated and her attention was more on the cell phone screen verses what I What I was asking. Since she seemed non caring, I went out side and looked the truck exterior over myself. From that point on if I had any other questioned, I contacted Mr. Ben down at the U-Haul Dealer on N. Valdosta Rd near I-75, Valdosta GA. I originally was going to rent a Penske Truck, however, Mr. Ben's salesmanship and professionalism left little room for me on choosing the best rental purchase. Without a doubt I choose U-Haul. If another customer comes to Paradise, the employee should stand up and greet them as you care and want to provide excellent customer care. Do not remain seated with legs crossed and appearing to have more attention on your cellphone instead of the customer concerns. Also snobbish answers turn customers away from this place of business. Also at pickup the Supervisor was told about the employee's prior demeanor. The Supervisor swept all the sand off the cab flooring. When I got the truck home, I found candy paper wrappers and balled up toilet/tissue paper on the floor behind the center seat next to wall. Customer care and ensuring the trucks are clean.

Mary KI ordered my rental for 6:30pm on Saturday. When I arrived they did not have my rental available and said I'd have to come back the next morning (Sunday) after 9am. So I didn't get my truck until 15 hours after I requested it and was still charged the same rate despite only having the rental for 6 hours vs. the 24 hours I had originally requested.
Damian HThis was not my original pickup location. The original location did not have the 15-foot truck I reserved even though the U-Haul system showed them having two trucks available. U-Haul customer service did a good job finding me a 20' truck at the Paradise location. Caution: if you're reserving a truck, dolly and blankets for pickup at a non-corporate location plan on the dolly and blankets not being there. U-Haul should fix this.

Cyndi WHorrible driving experience 4 hour drive! Windshield wipers made visibility impossible to see. I had to drive without wipers on or drive completely blind. The alignment was off by 45 degrees. I had to turn my wheel to the left in order to stay on the road straight! Near miss accident were throughout the whole trip. Received truck with barely any fuel. Spent 55 dollars on gas with 2 stops. Truck drinks gas too quick. Got gas 2,54 and 2,69 per gallon cheapest in Georgia
Hakeem BThe agent didn't check the number of blanklet covers in the truck and when I returned it it was short 1 blanket and the agent didn't believes me and charged my credit card for the lost cover and the truck not being washed because if the bugs and dust on the outside of the truck and also she was trying to charge me for the truck not being full I returned it in the same level of gas that was checked out by the first agent in Valdosta, Ga . I call customer service to correct the charges by the manage of finance hasn't contacted me back as of yet from yesterday contact with customer service agent that took my complaint. The agent located in Delray Beach, Fl was very rude and unpleasant to deal with.

Keith MAlthough the van I rented was clean it did have an odor of dog poop in it. Faint but it was there and the passenger side seat was covered in what I assume was dog hair.
