The keys were not in the box when I went to pickup my truck after hours. I located the owner and he came down to give us the truck but the truck was filthy in the back and we were charged $395 twice

The pull out ramp would not go back in to lick for travel .....had to go for service twice and it was not repaired. Can leaked when it rained. I will be calling to talk to someone in charge.

We did not receive the U-Haul at the place where we originally needed it and had to drive over 3 hours to even get a truck. The person in Chadron was rude as were the people who we talked with from U-Haul.

My original pick up location was Scottsbluff I had to drive 200 miles out of my way to pick up trailor. This made it hard to coordinate help with loading as it took over 3 hours of my day to just pick up . Not sure why reservation was changed but glad Chadron was able to get me the trailor
