No one was there to receive the truck even though I returned it during normal business hours. You did provide a way for me to check it in, so all is well.

The truck, while survivable, needed some attention. The passenger side door gasket is loose and kept falling from the door frame. However, the employee who checked me in and out, I believe her name was Jenna, was outstanding and should be recognized for her customer service.

truck had splattered chocolate milk or blood across the whole cabin, the prior renter, left blunt guts , disturbingly large mess, 20k miles on eng, and had Chk light on and knocking, fuel gauge was also broken. the Park forest self storage location is perfectly fine, the truck was not due to prior renters.

The first time I used this facility it was SUPERB with a wonderful person at the front desk. However, this past week's use of this facility was preposterous to say the least. When I arrived I could not get the phone check in system to work. I had to go inside and delay my departure only to find that four people were waiting and the attendant who acted as though she was the owner was fiddling with boxes in an adjacent room. Someone finally went and got her. She helped the person in front of me and then helped me - I commented that the phone check-in was not working and she promptly informed that that she "had stopped it so you would have to come in here and look her in the eyes." She then proceeded to tell me about the trucks that had been stolen and the gas tanks that had been drilled from her store. I thought then why dont you put up a fence?? She did handle the rest of my check in but it was terse and not pleasant. I am the CEO of a large airline and I DONT need preaching to by the local UHaul folks on the ins and outs of her business. She was very much in a hurry and seemed to have little time to help me even though she had been fooling with packing boxes before we all stacked up in her front lobby. I suspect none of this would have happened if she had not "turned off" the phone check in. The late night drop-off was easy and simply to use. Now, the truck - WHEW what a disaster - it wasnt dirty per se but it was in DIRE need of maintenance. The back door tracks acted as though they had never been greased. The truck had trouble getting up to 60 miles per hour WITHOUT a load. When my helper opened the door to get out ALL of the rubber weatherstripping fell off onto the ground. I was able to put it back only to have it fall off again while driving which made a loud whooping wind noise. The exterior was bunged up and damaged heavily from scrapes and chips. This truck needs to be overhauled or retired. This visit was a far cry from the last visit. I really fell we did not get our money's worth with this visit while during the first visit I was greatly impressed. Fix your trucks and help your customers.

This rental was one of my worst ones. The truck is a total junk. With 100 degrees weather in Texas I had to run for 3 days with no air condition at all! Further to there were a lot of errors in the dashboard and it was buzzing all the way long. Will never again use this location and the GMC trucks in this condition!!!

I have kept more than quarter tank gas while returning back because I didn't see big gas stations at location… I m always using uhaul for everything… can you please refund those money back

If you are going to sell equipment, then make it available. If you're going to require me to come in the office for 34 other things and to get the key, etc, then don't make people think the pick-up is contactless. Wouldn't repeat this experience.

Allow them to get out of their vehicle before you decide to approach them an tell them that your the owner of the building (which we weren't even there to use) an that you have to rent the uhual the way she says even though i chose the mobile pick up option. I booked the truck for 50 miles , it had 45 miles to empty. I was not happy to be treated the way I was for reason an be told i was rude because i preferred the mobile option.she said it was to make sure everything was done right which again makes no sense if you offer the option to do it mobile(I do it everytime I rent a truck) safe to say I won't go bqck their nor will I recommend anyone else go their for uhual trucks

You charged me the 20 dollar fee even though i checked it in w poc of odometer and charged me for gas and i brought back w same 5 8 ths tank it left w Truck has oil light come on and off i think overfilled w oil. I checked it

I was less than 10 minutes late I was charged an extra day of rental and insurance without the option to keep the truck for the extra day. I have pictures to prove the less than 10 mi Ute claim. When you Nickle and dime customers it shows that you're more interested in the profit than on taking care of customers.

Was charged a $20 fee for returning the Uhaul BEFORE my required return time because I returned it at 7 pm when it was due the next day at 9:30 am. The $20 was an "after hours' fee.

In using your online app to return the truck did not work correctly. If froze up/I could not get pass the photo part of the app. And if you could please tell me why I'm paying an after hour fee? Or am i paying someone twice to do their job. Also when I rented the truck i need a 16 foot truck, yours are only 15 and NO ONE every told me that, if i had know I would have rented a large truck. and last when i tried contacting your help center on Sunday, i was on hold twice for 20 minutes, (said wait time would be 5) and had to hang up. When I called Monday Aug 15 they said it was a 45 minute wait?????

Great company. The location I went to on Forest Lane, Dallas, was a well-oiled machine. The lady that runs it is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don't want to put here name here for privacy reasons. I was surprised how efficient and easy the whole thing was. Highly, highly recommend this outfit.
