Stan runs a first class operation. He treats his customers more like family rather than just a customer. I strongly recommend using his storage facility for all your storage needs. Short term or long term.

nicole mThe vehicle we picked up had a bad smell inside the the back and left our furniture smelling badly for hours. Checking in was super confusing but the attendant at Park Meadows Mini Storage was amazing and made sure everything was taken care of.

Dale EThey informed me that they do not receive trailers because the have to move them inside the gate so that they do not get stolen. They asked me not to drop any there anymore. I also informed the attendant of the poor condition of the trailed and that it should be repaired before renting out again.

It's the worst customer service over the phone, the face to face interactions were great, the price I was quoted was a lie it was over double, the location was a 30 plus minute drive to pickup and they didn't open till 10am I had no option to change that so I didn't get home to start loading till noon all BS! The insurance was 10$ more than quoted! The drop off was just as fucked up! I called and of course had to talk to two different people first was a guy, nice and polite the next was a female not so nice and very unprofessional I called to double check on dropping off on Sunday and the process she told "It won't be a problem" and after answering my questions with all one word comments in manner as if I was bothersome I went to drop the trailer off to yet again find another fucking lie! There was no where to leave the trailer, the place was gated and locked. All N All you need to make this right!

Penney SThe owner was overwhelmed by the phones and the people that were coming in while working on my return. He tried to be helpful but Uhaul took forever to answer their phone line and transferred him twice. Uhaul mad it very difficult for both of us even though we finally got everything taken care of it took way to long and had the other customers waiting become impatient.

Theresa HWell the mess up wasn't the locations fault so if you brave people want to use uhaul then the park meadow team is excellent and I would rent from them again if uhaul wasn't involved. I am very unhappy with uhaul I believe I will be recommending another moving rental place to anyone that asks me. You have made this move almost unbearable.

penny cWe ended up paying MORE to move 33 miles with a 26 foot truck ($190,68) than what the price advertised ($39,99)PLUS the 1-800 customer service lady HUNG UP ON ME. I loved dropping off at Park Meadows in Sperry OK because the customer service there was wonderful. As a matter of fact, this nice lady called U-Haul herself because the price we ended up paying when we picked the truck up was TOO HIGH and she couldn't explain why her own self! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE U-HAUL. THEY ATTEMPTED TO GET $65 MORE DOLLARS ONCE WE DROPPED THE TRUCK OFF WHEN WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE RESERVED THE TRUCK WE RECEIVED 33 FREE MILES. NO WAY WILL WE EVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN. PERIOD!!! :-(
