Lieng SouryavongThe app was slow to sort through and when we finally found the truck after 30 minutes of trying to get everything to work properly on the app, the truck was out of gas and we had to immediately find a gas station. 45 minutes later we were ready to go. Super annoying on a moving day when you have people waiting to help you move stuff. I liked the idea of app-based rental but the practicality was a different story.

Michael McCurleyThe tires were low on both rentals and the gas had been siphoned on one of the rentals as well. The tires should be checked before renting out to the next customer. If the gas is on empty, it should be filled a touch to get the customer going.

If you added a sign at the SW corner of the lot (near where the vans are all parked) I would have been a lot less confused.

I wonder how many customers make a last minute reservation and then find out that their truck is not available. They then write a bad review, when in reality it's their own fault for not reserving earlier.

Maureen ValentiniDid not really have a choice on return locations. It was a long drive to the drop off spot from our location. We saw other uhaul sites that we closer. Uhaul good do better at explaining why that drop off location was chosen. Over all everything went well
