If possible designate a small area in the UPS store for U-Haul customers. Aside from that you guys are top notch and where very accommodating. Thank you for your help during a tough time!!

Stephanie H.This site shares space and staff with a UPS station. They are very busy. Checking in and out went well but it is obvious they are juggling jobs. Equipment (Van) was the best I've ever rented with only 19 000 miles. Will rent here again.
Thomas S.Make sure to take pics before you leave and be aware that they are not always there for check-ins. I forgot to take pics and was also not told they wouldn't be there when I would be checking in. I had a bad feeling about it, but left the keys in the Dropbox anyway. Awoke the next morning to a huge bill accusing me of returning the vehicle damaged which was absolutely not true. Had to haggle to get it fixed. Guy was rude and never called back like he said he would but apparently reversed the charges. Be sure to keep track of your mileage too!
Glen R.I was rented a pull behind trailer from this U-Haul location. One of the U-Haul employees confirmed all the lights were working but immediately after leaving the location I got a warning from a police officer that the unit had no tail lights. This location refused to address the issue

I couldn't able to return truck on time because of labor issues and when he called I was in bad reception area but that's not reason to behave how he did.. I have a his voicemail record if I haul wants it

Narendar B.What could you do? You could improve the check in process so that way when someone already drops their keys in the box but took a picture of the mileage before they left the vehicle. Horrible chat service too. I couldn't get no one on chats because by the time they answered it had been so long it timed out the chat. This will be the last time I ever use this company because of this.

James W.We scheduled to pick up at 8 am..The door as locked, it was pouring down the rain. A guy pulled in about 8:10 carrying fast food breakfast, looked right at us then proceeded to go in a different door..At 8:15 I called the number..A guy answered and when asked if anyone was available to assist us, his was reply was “ well someone decided not to show up for work todayâ€â€¦I asked if we could get in, his reply “ the door should be unlocked nowâ€. We walked through a series of small hallways going from one room to the next to get to the counter where we could pick up our rental. The guy who came in late with breakfast was at the counter with another guy…It took almost 30 minutes to process us even though I had did the online check-in..We were told our rental was “ somewhere out backâ€. We had to search behind 2 buildings for it in the pouring rain..No apologies from either guy..one seemed a little friendly, the other wasn't at all. We lost almost an hour of time off our rental due to this location..I will find a different location to rent from if needed again..This one needs work.

CLIFFORD C.I attempted to use the self check in/lock box and that COMPLETELY failed. The app is hard to use, and says nothing about verifying your job/passport/additional contacts until youre trying to rent the truck. I will never use the self service again. Im very lucky this location was understanding & did get me the truck once they opened, but it put me over an hour behind.

Paul T.Be more clear about rental process. Fine print assuming it's there) is not good enough. Was unclear on the whole process. Nothing was explained, given random answers when I did ask. Charged for gas and also need to fill up gas tank, needs to be more clear upfront. No clue about the after hours process drop off process until I had already returned the key. Store was closed-Which left me standing in a parking lot confused and on hold for 45 mins with the 800 #. Advertised for $19,95 ended up costing $140 for barely 2 hours of use. I understand you run a business, but many of your practices come off as very deceiving. I'll probably take by business elsewhere next time. Not sure why I'm filling this out, won't change anything. But you asked, so there you have it.
Stanley B.First of all, the door into the store was locked upon my arrival, despite their hours showing they were open. I walked over to the UPS store, inquired about the Uhaul store, the man working the desk stated to go to the Uhaul store. I went back over, waited 10 minutes before being served, had to transfer more money over, returned to the Uhaul store, and the same person working the UPS store came in 10, 15 minutes to serve me. He was so rude and unprofessional, but I got my truck with a quarter tank of gas, and was ready to have it for 14 days. Upon day 14, I was contacted from the store first but didnt answer as I did not recognize the number. I then started receiving texts to my personal number, from an employees personal number, threatening and harrassing me. I still have these texts if anybody would like screen shots. I had intended to keep the truck through that Saturday. The employee then attempted multiple charges around 60.00, 70 without my consent, and eventually charged for another day at 19,95 + tax which was fine for the extended day. This employee made me feel singled out, bullied, and scared. I was genuinely fearful to approach this location again, much less face this employee. Im an adult individual with a disability - autism - and I called the customer service line multiple times crying and in hysterics, as said employee had pushed me to, what we autistics call, a meltdown. The next day, I had unintentionally overslept and the texts from the employee started again. I was able to return the truck without facing this...a-hole...for lack of better terms, of an employee. I have spent a LOT of money with this company and never had any issues until this one. I feel that at the very least, a partial refund is due, if not in full, just for this excruciating experience alone. Not to mention, putting air in the tire every two days, which I had no complaints about until now. Being as I did, in fact, return the truck with the same amount of gas, like I always do, but was charged for that and $50 in cleaning fees...which Ive never gotten before.
