steven GThe 2 guys who worked the front dest today should get promoted and their own tv show! I've rented from Uhaul so much in my life and it's always a pain in the ass. These guys were friendly, fast and just hilarious. I rented the truck to dump some old fence post and they helped me find the nearest location. Honestly I'll rent again from them to see them in action. They are a great team and really enjoy working at that location/company. Great hire Uhaul!

Yuting HAlthough it has become less burdensome as I continue to repeat-rent, the paperwork requirements at U-haul are excessive. Previous to renting from U-haul I rented from another outfit. There they would just see me walking up to the desk, hand me one paper to sign and that was it! The reason I switched to U-Haul is their prices are lower and their equipment better maintained.

Caleb MJohn and Sebastian were so helpful. They were very pleasant and had the pickup truck ready earlier than scheduled. The truck was full of gas, very clean, and they allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot. They also have funny signs in the bathroom for guests and it made me laugh! My issue is, which I did not knock the rating down for because this is not John and Sebastian but really a U-Haul rule, is that you cannot tow with the pickup truck. There is a tow hitch, but a lock on it. I did not notice the lock until I got back to the house with the pickup truck. I called John and he was super nice explaining that you cannot tow with the Uhaul pickup unless it is a uhaul trailer. I do feel this is misleading on the website when you rent the pickup because it states that there are tow hitches on all pickup trucks...so one would assume you could tow with it- responsibly of course! I understand there are weight limits with towing and I would be responsible. This was just super frustrating because when all was said and done it was 130 for a rental that I could not use. Again- not upset with John and Sebastian but the Uhaul policy.
TRACEY CDealerships seem to be doing a great job. Overall U-Haul customer service at the 800 number was bad and the corporate policies of in town only and in state only rentals defies logic. Why would you limit your equipment and the ability for people to rent and use your equipment with these ridiculous restrictions?

Debbie GNot very pleased at all with my experience. This was the first and probably last time I will go through U-haul. I wasn't notified until 30 minutes before my pickup time that my truck was never returned to the location I was scheduled for. They then sent me the address to the new location and when I arrived nobody was there. I had it scheduled for 8:30am, when you guys change someone's location around you need to make sure that it's going to be set for that time still and the building will be open. Finally someone arrived and he had told me that uhaul is supposed to reach out a day in advance to let you know if you need to go to a different location than originally booked for. When you're moving you don't really need another stress factor and this all was a major inconvenience that morning, I was on a timed schedule due to the place that I was moving out of needed my keys by a certain time and the place I was moving into we had scheduled a time to meet that morning. AND I still had to get everything loaded into the truck. We reached out to a regional manager Nicole and she said they would issue a credit back within 5-7 days. It has now been almost 14 days and no credit has hit my account yet. We have tried contacting Nicole earlier this week and no answer or returned call. Very poorly done the way they handle business. We were also told she would be sending an email out as well and I didn't even receive that. Not a very good look U-haul, y'all are liars!

The other place I went to made this place look worse.
