Didn't even want to come out and take the trailer off. Told me where to park it and drop it. They did take it off because I just flat said I cannot do it.
Deborah SI was told there would be no additional charge for dropping in the overnight slot in Quinlan, but then for whatever reason Parkway Motors charged me an ADDITIONAL $47 for one-day rental + taxes & fees. That made the truck rental almost $200 for a 60 mile trip - not worth it at all. I'll rent from somewhere else next time.
PETER SA saving grace in a horrific move, Kelly went out of her way, even out of town on a family emergency, to help with the rental and return of equipment leased. Will definitely use her or Knapp Sisters in Mansfield, TX again. Both were friendly and helpful.

Daniel WFirst I scheduled to pick up the truck and trailer at one location and was never notified they had nothing available. The pick up location was changed to about 20 miles away. When I got there the man did not know much about computers and was having a hard time - he called someone who tried to walk him through but he still ha problems. I spent about 45 minutes there while tried - finally the lady he call just did everything from home for him! Needless to say this whole thing got us off to about 2 hours late!
LINDA M0,79 cents a minute is out of control. Way too expensive. I was 2 hours late & was charged another day. I will never use U-Haul again. Too expensive & give no leniency on arrival time.

Fredrick BStop charging people $55 for an eighth of a tank of gas. When I returned my equipment the gas gauge was where it was supposed to be. The manager said it was off but he has no idea how much gas is supposed to be in it. So they charge me $55. I said no sir I'll go put$10 in gas. And that was it.

GLENN JWhen we picked up the uhaul it was so dirty. We had to clean out the back end before we could use it. Tons of dirt and trash and left over personal stuff. The cab of the uhaul was the same. Pet hair and dirt everywhere. We did not clean the cab and left it as was.

DavidDa SSame as above!!! Should have stated it was supposedly to be returned back to previous location. Utterly ridiculous to think it is okay to charge someone 4 times the rate for returning a day early and the truck (sand) cleaned out from previous customer. Asinine way to do business! Also from FULL IT TOOK $17 to fill it back up for 20 Miles. And also I'm charged for the 50 estimated.
TODD AAccording to the info on the truck that if you brought the truck back clean that you would receive $25.00. I did not and the drop off location manager said he did not know of such an agreement. What gives?
