Guy seemed unprofessional and the check in process was long . He didn't seem knowledgeable and didn't know which truck was mine

Weren't well versed is uhual procedures or online process. Unable to fully assist me in what I needed. Location is in the middle of a rough neighbor.

It was my first time using the app so I did struggle a little bit when picking and returning the equipment. But aside from that I know how the app pretty much works now so no harm no foul
