Please read above... It’s been a long week and I failed to see this down here until I had typed all that. Just extremely disappointed in the fact when I called, I wasn’t properly informed. I even asked to verify, and was still misinformed. I feel totally taken advantage of.

I made the reservation but the truck was never received/ attached to my reservation. Luckily there was a truck dropped off there friday. Otherwise I woulda had to make other arrangements on my move day. Got lucky this time I guess.

It was an easy place in Mountain View to drop the trailer. I backed it into a slot and unhooked the trailer myself. A friendly woman completed my paperwork in a timely manner and thanked me for using the service.

Check the trucks when they come into insure cleanliness. This truck actually had piles of animal fences and trash in it

When I picked up the truck the attendant said that the fuel gauge was 3/4 but by the time we pulled out the gas hand had moved and it was on a half a tank a mile down the road we drove it to Calico Rock Arkansas we loaded up and we went back down to Batesville we stopped in Batesville and put $61.83 of fuel in the truck then we drove it onto Arkadelphia and then when we got there the fuel gauge only like the little bit being on three-quarters of a tank so we put 20 more dollars in it and put it back up on 3/4 of a tank now the Malvern U-Haul store is saying that we went over our mileage which is not true that we brought it back a day late when I was told that we didn't have to have it back until 7 a.m. on Saturday morning so that was a lie because I need to be reimbursed for the extra because they lied to me about what the Gage was sitting on when the gauge was supposed to be on half a tank. I'm not happy with the service they owe me a refund of $81.63 or $0.98 I'm sorry $81.98 is what they charge me and that is so not right I didn't keep the truck too long I returned it on Friday and it wasn't supposed to been back until Saturday they charge me for extra mileage which that wasn't my fault because we had to pick the truck up in Mountain View and drive it to Calico and then from Calico Rock to Arkadelphia so I didn't put too many miles on it so I'm not happy with the service and I want a reimbursement ASAP back into my checking account

I reserved an appliance dolly with my truck rental but none were available at check in. I was unable to move my refrigerator because I had no time to find an alternate dolly. The attendant told me at checkin that the truck had 3/4 tank of gas and needed to be returned with same. However, when I left the station it was then that I noticed the truck had only 1/2 tank of gas and since I had movers waiting on me I had no time to return and dispute the fuel level. As if this wasn’t enough for my wallet to absorb, when I arrived at the drop off point, my emailed contract showed the fuel level should be full, an extra 1/2 tank above what the truck had at the pickup point!

The woman at this location was great however, this was not the location requested. When I called the 800 number, the man I spoke with was very rude and wanted to argue with me that this was the location I selected on my reservation. Not true.
