Staff was ready, friendly, and helpful. Equipment was on sight and ready. Can't ask for much more than that.
Anthony AHad a low tire pressure warning when I picked up truck, but the staff took care of it. Also, originally reserved a 15' truck and was notified three days before it was ro be picked up thar it was not available. Ten foot truck worked out.
Glen VThe location was 3 hrs away from where I was and the truck wasn't even what I reserved. It was too small. The windshield wipers were broke and the gas cap didn't lock.

Dennis HWe have used Uhaul many times and we had planned on renting again through the company in a couple week to finish relocating from Colorado to OH. However, when we picked up the truck it was parked in the back, and so wedged in the spot that it was very difficult to get into the vehicle (shouldn't it have been brought around to us in the front or at least pulled out for us to have easy access). It was also very dirty. With the stress of moving, this just added to the frustration. This is not what we expect from Uhaul so we went back in and made a verbal complaint. The assistant working didn't even care enough to get up out of the chair to come address the concern...he instructed us to just take pictures. We did take pictures and I was hoping I could attach them here. When we returned the truck at the drop off location today we told the attendant here about the poor customer service and condition of the vehicle when we picked it up. She instructed us to put a review in so we are. After this experience we are seriously considering going with a different moving company in a couple weeks because of this bad service.

NANCY FI ordered a hand truck and furniture pads but neither were in the truck. The pads, in particular, were problematic. Overall, though, I'd say that this was better than previous experiences because at least the truck was there on time.

Tibor LThis business is the epitome of 'we could care less!' Rented me a truck that was in bad shape. Engine light on, long crack across the windshield, and a gas cap that would just fall off about every 200 miles. They are the only game in town so I had no choice but to take it on the day. If you have any choice you might want to choose differently... The uhaul store I delivered it to said the truck should have never been on the road. Even for local hauls...let alone cross country. So you have an amateur truck driver driving a faulty vehicle. Not good.

Geoffrey WIt took over one hour to get the vehicle after hours. Horrible experience and the mobile app did not work. There was dog hair in the cab of the vehicle. Someone forgot to vacuum it out.

William VWe rented a 10' truck and an appliance dolly. We were expecting the truck to have a ramp to allow us to move a freezer; it remains to be moved. Had we known, we would have rented the next size larger truck to get the ramp. We moved other items so it wasn't a total loss, but not the win we were hoping for, either.
