I was worried for a moment when the vehicle couldn't be found when I arrived to pick up. But and just a moment or two the guy checking me and figured out that his co-worker had taken the van to make sure the tires were properly filled. How great is that?! In the order I have placed appliance dolly, after reaching store they mentioned they don't carry. Went all the way to other store to pick items .. and ended up paying extra .Ruthvik T.

Gas wasn't where they told me to refill it too . Front left tire only had 30 psi. They had to run me as a walk in for some reason my reservation was canceled. Bad experience!Nicholas C.

I was told by the girl at uhaul that I was able to get an appliance dolly and when my nephew went to pickup the truck he was told they don't have dollies so my other nephew had to go to a different area to pick one up - this really set us back as far as time and we were on a time crunch. We were not happy about that. Please make sure your staff gives the information to customers.Joe M.

Incredibly unprofessional people. Not even a U-Haul site but a party rental place. The van was FILTHY, with a lot of damage. I was charged on my credit card because they don't accept cash. I have rented a few times from U-Haul in the past year to move my tool box from job to job. Every excuse about my displeasure with their service they said it was U-Hauls fault. My last rental was from a very young owner named Noah. He was quite a professional. I assumed he was just working the counter because of his age until I saw OWNER on his nametag. My experience as a first time customer was very disappointing. I had booked moving dollies with my vehicle and it was mentioned that I will find them inside the vehicle as it was an after hours pickup, but to my surprise, there were no dollies, which led to me not being able to do my move completely. Overall I would not recommend after hours pickup from the site I had my booking. Also, the Uhaul customer service was very bad as it gave me a wait time of 65 mins to talk to a representative which in my opinion is a big 0 on customer service.Aayush S.
The u-haul facility we rented from on August 30,2021 was very unorganized. They didn't clean out the vehicle that was given to me. They tried giving me paperwork that didn't match the rental vehiÃ§le that I originally reserved. Then when I tried bringing my u-haul back no one would answer my calls. We returned our truck to this location at 3:45pm August 16, 2021 which was within the business hour of this location. Unhaul then billed us an additional $20 for after hours return, which did not happen. The truck was returned well before this location closed for the day.RONNIE E.
The employees at Party Dreams Rental were amazing!! But when it came uhaul not so much. Had to contact uhauls customer service multiple times because we couldn't get ahold of the code for the lock box the keys were in, wasted an hour trying to figure it all out. Then the dolly we ordered wasn't attached with the truck so I contacted uhaul once again and that was totally disregarded throughout the conversation, the customer service representative continued to repeatedly tell me I didn't fill out all the information properly for the rental pickup (there were also no clear instructions). I picked up my rental truck with the gas tank 3/8 full, verified both on my receipt and by photo. I returned the truck after hours with more gas than was present when I picked it up (nearly half a tank), also verified by receipt and photo; the drop off location is attempting to bill me $65 for not returning the truck with enough gas.MARTIN CONRAD D.
The truck provided needs maintenance on the steering system. The truck has noticable wander to it. I do have experience driving a truck of similar size.Raymond H.

This drop-off site only takes the key when you turn it in, nothing else. Maybe that's how they all work, not sure. Called UHaul to make sure it was documented that we turned the vehicle in on time. Waited on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone. Once we got a representative to talk to though, we were very happy with the result.Dianna K.
For some reason, I thought that there would be a U-Haul "rep" available at the time of the actual rental. I was told that the rental needed to be completed over the smart phone. This included being approved for the rental... In the end, I was OK with the automated experience... but, for a "beginner" it was a little confusing.Christopher W.

Checked in online and had a very poor experience. Online approval took over 10 minutes. Online agent did not respond when I asked a question. U-Haul declined my credit card, the same card I have used to pay for the two prior rental with your company. Not locations faultTom N.
My entire experience was ridiculous. I had my reservation at a location closer to my house and a customer service rep named Tracy called me and confirmed everything and said I was all set to pick up my uhaul on my scheduled day. When I arrived my reservation was canceled and no one at your joke of a company would explain to me why I lost my reservation and the only location that had a uhaul for me to pick up at my original pick up time was 15 miles away, I had no choice but to take it because I had to move and now I was charged for having to drive the miles just to get the uhaul back to my house and back to the drop off location. Your company is a joke and this was by far the worst experience of my life. I will not only tell everyone I know to NEVER use your service at all whether that be in store or your ridiculous 24/7 service but I will also blow you up as a terrible company on every social media site I can. I'm extremely disappointed in your service and the customer service I had to go through. Also your site says your reservation is guaranteed or we will give you 50$ and when I spoke with your customer service rep she said I did not qualify for the 50$ because I didn't sign up for the guarantee which at no point did you offer a guarantee for me to sign up for. So when it comes to â€œhelpingâ€ me move your service was terrible and uhaul is a complete joke and I'm sure this review will be overlooked because all of your employees and lazy and don't know what good customer service is. I hope my efforts to bash this company helps people who are having a miserable time moving dodge a bullet by me speaking out and don't chose your company for any moving needs.James A.

I brought my rental back at 2pm as per contract and the gentleman there was too busy with other business and just took the keys and said we're done. He didn't log the vehicle back in until 3pm and your company is trying to bill me another day. Terrible customer serviceScott T.

I won't use this location again. There were dents and scratches all over the exterior of the U-Haul. I went back inside to tell the guy I did not want to be charged for them. He told me to just go to the website. The website was NOT helpful. Pictures of this U-Haul were blurry. We were charged more than agreed upon. On the self-check-in mobile app, please add a section to indicate to the renter to investigate the back of the truck for cleaniness (including taking a photo) upon picking up the rental. I got extra fees that I was unaware of, the truck was filthy with animal hair, fort and mud. We I went back to the location they were very rude and not helpful. I was told to contact UHAUL and when I called 2 times yesterday I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Steering was loose and caused it to drift in the lane while driving. The inside of the cab was dirty from the previous user. Stuff was left in the cargo area from the previous user that took up space for our move. The truck should of been cleaned and ready to go instead the condition it was left in.RONALD J S.

Firstly the people at this location didnt even took the fuel gauge and mile out ratings properly and have overcharged me heavily and that too over I overfilled that fuel in the truck than what was given to me. The gas gauge was much lower than mentioned on the contact so I had to spend $20 to fill it at the requested fill Mark. The mileage was much higher as well. There is no way I drove over 40 miles! The only downside was the amount of "paperwork" on site. I intended to pick up the vehicle within about 10 minutes. With all of the stuff to enter it took about 20. Normally, that would not have been an issue but the appointment for pick up that I scheduled was extremely tight. Some of the stuff could be filled out prior to pick up. I would recommend a non-refundable 19,99 or more charge for any rental ensuring the renter actually picks it up. Obviously, I don't know the legal ramifications. Everything else was great.Michael H.

the only glitch I ran into was when I had to take a picture of my license in my phone said that I didn't have enough memory. Fortunately I had my husband's phone too so I used his. But in check out if a person has low memory in their phone and end up paying the extra $20 so maybe there could be alternatives 4 these types of glitches.Maureen K.
