Karen bI wanted to drop off the keys in person because I prefer face to face over.just leaving keys in a box so I went in, the lady I was told I needed to talk to was on the phone but could see us at the counter. My husband and I waited patiently and assumed when she got off the phone, she would talk to us. Once she got off the phone she still ignored us. She never acknowledged us so I went ahead and dropped off the keys in the box outside and went back in to leave the lock on her counter because it wouldn't fit in the drop off box.. She said something to me then because she was confused about the lock but she was snappy and rude. If I need to rent a moving truck again, I would not choose U-Haul if it meant having to go there.

Richard HThe people were fantastic and the help was great my problem is with how the trailer pulled and it was the worst trailer I have ever pulled in my life. The trailer shook my truck the whole entire time I pulled it. Spent the next day realigning my truck.

Louis MJo'ann was who helped me with my rental. Soon as I got there I was waiting patiently in line. My turn comes up so I start towards the gentleman's desk and tell him I signed in online it says I'm ready. Before I could get out my last words she blurts out at me, you are just gonna have to wait doesn't matter if you filled it out online. That was fine though we got past it. Then I tell her I need a dolly or don't want to rent the truck she states she will have to check if she has any. I told her online said she had them. So, she goes and looks and comes back. I ask her several times through out the process if she has my appliance dolly or not. She never answers a yes or no just stares at the computer. So my wife says it's probably already in the back of the uhaul. So we gave her our card and go out there just to find out there wasn't any dolly. The gas in the truck isn't correct and neither is the mileage. Then she also charged me $20 extra dollars for dropping it off after hours when I used 24/7 truck share... very disappointed and will not go there again. I honestly want my money back but don't know how to.

rev mAlthough the vehicle was clean enough, as the sun sunk lower, it became clear that the windshield really was terrible on the inside and out. I tried cleaning the windshield with the wipers and they really needed to be replaced also. otherwise, Great!

Robin BI reserved a 20 foot truck. Joanne at the uhaul in Ash Flat, AR called me and told me she wouldn't have the truck ready for me. So I asked her what we could do about that. She said she'd call around and try to find another truck. She never called back that day when she said sh would. I called her back the following day-the day I was supposed to pick up our truck and she told me there were no trucks available and she didn't know if the client who had the truck I needed would be back in time. She also said to me "ahhh I hate Uhaul!" Just thought you'd like to know someone representing you said that. So I told her fine, I would wait - this was a pretty frustrating inconvenience but I had no other choice but to wait. My husband and I drove to uhaul anyway to see if there was possibly a change. We showed up and saw a truck and asked her and she said she had just received that one and we could have it the next morning after she could get it cleaned and serviced. So the next morning we went to pick up our upgraded 26' which was not the size we wanted bc of the tight driveway we needed to back it into. When I arrived Saturday to pick up the truck I was the third person in line. I waited about 20 minutes. During that time another man walked into the store and got in line behind me. And another two men walked in behind him and got in line. When I was next in line Joanne asked me what I was there for and I told her I was there to pick up my truck rental. Then she looked to the next guy behind me and asked what he was there for and he told her he needed parts for something with hydraulics to which she replied "oh that's easy let's take you first." So I was pretty annoyed and a bit frustrated and confused at why she wouldn't serve me first. But I pushed my frustration down and waited for her to deal with that gentleman for 5 minutes. She finished with him and he paid and left. Then she pointed to the two men behind me and asked what they needed and the man replied "I'm here for the same thing as her. I'm picking up a truck." She then waved him up to her at the desk…so listen. I genuinely do not understand what is going on with this woman. I don't know if she doesn't like serving women or if she didn't like my messy bun and tired face after being up with my 4 month old baby since 3am or what. But this is extremely poor business practice to skip a person who had been waiting in line 15 minutes before these other customers showed up. I'll be honest, I was pretty infuriated at that point. What was going on? Why wasn't she serving me? She already delayed our pickup by a whole day. My husband started a new job on Monday and now we were cutting into our unpacking time very close to his start date and we needed to pack our house and unload it with our 4 year old, 1,5 year old and our 4 month old. Now again, please please hear me. I am a patient person and I was highly stressed after a sleepless night and crunched timeframe. Joanne treating me like I was some lesser customer kind of pushed me over the edge. While she was dealing with the second man who got in line behind me I told her I'd be back because i needed to check on my children who were in the car with my husband. I was exhausted and stressed out and honestly felt invisible to this woman. I had waited 30 minutes for this woman who treated me like I was a pain. And I'm really nice person and very patient!! I went out to my car and asked my husband to take my place in line because I was about to lose it on Joanne. And I didn't want to be rude or regret something I'd say because I'm not confrontational and I don't feel right when get so mad. I really don't want to bad talk "uhaul" but simply telling friends and family what happened has already soured their opinions of uhaul. I still can't believe how rude this woman was and I do not understand why she allowed other customers to skip ahead of me. I do completely believe you would never want this woman to represent your company whatsoever. She told me she hated having uhaul operate out of her store. She said it was such a pain. She also told my husband when she was dealing with him for the rental that she was sorry it was a late pickup and for our inconvenience we could go ahead and just hold onto the truck until Monday or Tuesday if we needed it. What!!!? Now again, our rental on the paperwork she gave us said we'd have the truck until 4pm on Sunday. So just so you know, she's setting herself up for even MORE issues with someone else reserving a truck and then getting a call from Joanne to tell them that the truck wouldn't be "ready in time" because she just told us we could hold into it for a period longer than agreed upon. Ridiculous!! She is terrible with this business. Good grief. Anyway! I meant to review this experience sooner but I've been unpacking all day and dealing with my kids and baby. I am highly disappointed with my experience with that uhaul. I didn't get the truck when I had reserved it for. I didn't get the truck I reserved. And got the worst service. It was awful and frustrating and I never want to go back. We will likely borrow a friends trailer and my dad's truck next time. It's just not worth it to deal with this kind of business.

Shelly PThe owners of the company that is a U-Haul rental service company representative are very good and curtious to their customers and they will be glad to help you out with your needs. U-Haul always has rental vehicles available for you to use for whatever needs you have to haul your stuff to and from where you need to go. The vehicles are always in great condition and never need to worry about break down and if the vehicle does break down they are quick to get another one for you so you can get on your way. The rates are very good for the use of the vehicles and the U-Haul people are very friendly and they are very good to show you how to use the vehicle and any other equipment that you need to use to get your job done.
