The speedometer did not work I mark the same on my trip on the way and back put gas it mark the same turn the truck in and they still charge me 39 all so a air for on and off upset because she did not tell the speedometer did not work and charged to much

This location is in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. No one was there when I returned in the middle of the afternoon and no one answered the posted phone #. They claimed that my returned trailer was "oily" so that they could charge a cleaning fee. I had to drive 40 miles to this place.

Cynthia and Adam who run this location were both very helpful and great to work with. However, I was charged an additional 8 dollars for safe tow and it was not explained to me that this was optional. I would have opted to not pay the additional charge. The equipment was clean and overall well maintained, however, once driving in night conditions and checking lighting, discovered the license plate light was inoperable. It may have gone out while in use, so not faulting anyone on that. I did let them know so it could be addressed. I was however charged an additional 15 for a cleaning fee. It was pouring down rain that day and the trailer got a pretty good coating of mud on the outside. I swept out the inside and took to a car wash and pressure washed the mud off the wheel wells, rims, and exterior of the trailer. Left wet foot, a little dirty, foot prints inside the trailer and was charged an additional 15 dollar fee to clean. Was unaware and un advised that there would be an additional fee for cleaning and what conditions would prompt that additional charge. With any car rental cleaning is always included unless there is an excessive issue and it is always addressed with you, and explained to you thoroughly.

They charged me $303 I didn't put the uhaul back on a quarter tank and they charged me $30 for a fuel service fee and $47 for fuel charge. It was ridiculous the fees they charged me and she told me I really couldn't drop it off at another location so no ILL NEVER rent from this location again!

Turned the trailer in a day early. Called and dropped off by eight am. They process it after 9 am so they wouldn't have to refund the money for the day. Good way to lose a customer!

Very good experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this location next time I need to rent a uhaul !

Nothing, Owners are very hospitable and took care of questions. My car (because I had to leave it behind) was well secured due to location. Loved Cindys' Spirit.
