Ever time I reserve a truck it does not matter what location I reserve for you always move my location, this time I got charged for additional milage and it was due to where I had to go to pick it up. That is not fair to the customer..

Lawrence AI had to go online to get a code to enter the truck. No help from location. None of the materials or dollies were in the truck as I ordered. The guy had to go hunt done an appliance dolly. I had to go to another Uhaul to get the dollies. I was a hour late getting the truck which threw my moving schedule off in turn my help had to leave. The location was sketchy behind a house. Would not return.

Kimberli CThere really was no "location" for the drop off. It was a gravel field behind someone's house and a small shack they apparently work out of. Or I assume they do, but cannot confirm since no one was there to assist me with my uhaul return. They were "open", but no one was at the shack and no one answered the phone. Was a waste of my time dropping of there, and will not use it again

Grace CThis location is in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. No one was there when I returned in the middle of the afternoon and no one answered the posted phone #. They claimed that my returned trailer was "oily" so that they could charge a cleaning fee. I had to drive 40 miles to this place.
RICKY LCynthia and Adam who run this location were both very helpful and great to work with. However, I was charged an additional 8 dollars for safe tow and it was not explained to me that this was optional. I would have opted to not pay the additional charge. The equipment was clean and overall well maintained, however, once driving in night conditions and checking lighting, discovered the license plate light was inoperable. It may have gone out while in use, so not faulting anyone on that. I did let them know so it could be addressed. I was however charged an additional 15 for a cleaning fee. It was pouring down rain that day and the trailer got a pretty good coating of mud on the outside. I swept out the inside and took to a car wash and pressure washed the mud off the wheel wells, rims, and exterior of the trailer. Left wet foot, a little dirty, foot prints inside the trailer and was charged an additional 15 dollar fee to clean. Was unaware and un advised that there would be an additional fee for cleaning and what conditions would prompt that additional charge. With any car rental cleaning is always included unless there is an excessive issue and it is always addressed with you, and explained to you thoroughly.

Kellen TThey charged me $303 I didn't put the uhaul back on a quarter tank and they charged me $30 for a fuel service fee and $47 for fuel charge. It was ridiculous the fees they charged me and she told me I really couldn't drop it off at another location so no ILL NEVER rent from this location again!
