Gabriel SEverything was fine...he asked how truck ran and asked if the ride over was smooth. It was. He asked if the truck was clean for another family to rent. It was. Then....he asked if we left a pistol in the truck. A pistol???. I guess in his mind since we were black coming from Louisiana we bought back a weapon. This doesn't sit well with and for a major enterprise like U-HAUL to have this type of individual on its payroll is highly disturbing. I will be renting from U-HAUL again...but will not be bringing the truck back to that location.

Byron BMy total was around 64 dollars for the rental the company charged my card 135 dollars which overdrafted my account, apparently there is a deposit for renting which was never included in the price total or on my receipt this is is poor business and I would like my deposit back please.
