George SmithThe rental was great from when I walked in the door until I returned the tow dolly. The young lady that greeted me and helped out was so friendly and sweet. I got to talking about books and she and I spoke about several books and things. Just a nice visit. Not a whole lot of that around anymore. I can not remember for the life of me what her name was but please look up who was working that day and give her a call and thank her! The world world be a better place with more people like her in this world. You are lucky to have her as an employee .

Lane GerraldTruck was absolutely filthy outside and in. I had to spend 30 minutes mopping what appeared to be oil out of the cargo area before I could start moving. Passenger compartment had cigar wrappers all in it and ashes overflowing the ash tray. The outside of the truck looked like it had been down a 100 mile dirt road in a monsoon. The only positive of the experience was that sales associate at the desk she was polite and great to work with.

Tamii WhitworthTHIS BUSINESS WAS A LIFE SAVER BECAUSE HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ASSIST MYSELF AND MY WIFE IN GETTING A TRAILER. I RESERVED WAS AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION BUT ADVISED THEY WASN'T OPEN FOR U-HAUL BUSINESS AND THEY DISPATCH WAS RUDE AND NO DAMN HELP EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION ADDRESS WAS 4140 WITH U-HAUL TRAILERS ON THE PROPERTY.

Charles SmithI dropped the trailer off at this location after hours the same day I rented it. I actually could have kept it for 2 more days since it was a Sunday but wanted to go ahead and turn it back in. In doing so I was charged a $20 after hours return. That's a little ridiculous. Very disappointed that U Haul would charge for returning a trailer early.

Andree RayGirl in office was not knowledgeable. Was told one price but of course completely different. Was not acceptable that you received $45 in "extra" gas that I put in the truck so it wouldn't be so low like it was when I picked it up and received no credit for it. But if I would have brought it back below where I started you would have charged me a ridiculous rate for a "gas charge". This policy needs to be addressed. Will not use again.

Randy JohnsonThe truck was not checked before providing it to me. The truck had a tire that was nearly flat and was only found because I checked before leaving the lot. The person working told me I needed to take it to a shop they use to get it fixed. All of this should be taken care of beforehand, I wasted hours of my day dealing with the company's laziness.
STEVEN REEDGood service overall. Guy at the desk was easy to work with and very accomodating. Check tire inflation. Tow dolly tires were supposed to be inflated to 65 psi. One was 10 psi, and the other around 18.

GILBERT GUERNSEYCouldn't ask for better service. Knowledgeable, efficient, cooperative, easy to work with, went out of way to be helpful. Computers were extremely slow with UHaul program and had to do over because lost/froze at end first time done.
vicki millerThis truck we rented & the experience...it was horrible!! We even let the employee at the desk know about the broken AC & my husband asked for a different truck or discount & all she said was don't kill the messenger because it was like that when the last customer drove it to this location from Colorado & he told them everything was great. The AC only blows on the feet setting & it takes forever to get cold. Also, if u turn the key off the process starts over. It was like driving in an oven until it would get cold. And then we get told it is going to cost $431,2 for a one way trip in this truck, which is their $19,95+tax in-town move 1, because the drop off location has too many trucks?! How is that our fault & how in the world does it make sense to charge for that?? Even the employee said it didn't make sense & apologized...And also, how is there no cruise control on this truck for that amount?? Seriously?? A 5hr drive with no cruise control & feet ac at almost $500....just wow. >:|
Sandra MoyenThe personnel was rude and mean. I was late but I had called and spoke with someone. I had no idea it was from somewhere "traffic". When I arrived I did apologize and proceeded to try and get done as quickly as possible because I knew I was late. She badgers that I should have known they close at 12 and it was on the website. Moving is stressful enough but when you have someone who doesn't know your situation speak harshly to you because you were late adds fuel to the fire. After I proceeded to tell the attendant my whole moving crew didn't show at the last minute she changed her tune. But that didn't make matters any better for me. She already added stress to a stressful situation. Once she was told the reason I was late, which I don't believe was any of her business, she tried to be more friendly. She was a day late and a dollar short on customer service.

chris hollandThe place was nice but it was closed at drop off. It was easy to return even though it was closed. I hope they do not let the truck leave their location with leaking in the cab when it rains and puddles forming in the floor board from the rain. The emergency Break light stays on even though the Ebrake is off and the engine light came on when we made it to TX.
