There was a problem processing my online reservation & it took FOREVER. Every time it got to the payment part, it would say the original reservation had been changed & everything would go blank. The Clerk @ Payton's Corner and Troy, the Regional Manager, went above & beyond to try to fix everything, tho. The original location I chose was changed to another more than 30 miles from my house. I was credited w/extra miles to cover that distance +. The inside of the truck was dirty, moving blankets just thrown in & there was an appliance dolly already in there buried in the blankets.

Location would not answer the phone after multiple attempts and when arriving for pick up had to redo all the insurance stuff that was selected online which employee could not explain hardly at all. Once all that was figured out had to hook up trailer myself. No light cord was on trailer had to search for that and wouldn’t help verify the lights worked once hooked up.

There was a balance due that should not have been due. The clerk at the drop off location tried to remove it but could not. He was wonderful.

Corporate had called and asked me to return to 5102 S Union St in Jenks, OK, but when I did, she was totally unprepared to accept a trailer. I had to move the trailer myself, disengage it and position it. It's not her fault--she obviously had not been trained for this. She didn't know how to mark the trailer received, and for my own protection I had to walk around the trailer and take several pictures in case anyone asserted that I had in any way damaged the trailer. I did not, but it was just really poor customer service.

Give me a return location that is not all the way on the other side of town from my destination. It was a 1 hour round trip to drop off the trailer. That is ridiculous.

Again, the drop off was reserved in another town but due to a lack of parking space the customer was asked to drive out of their way to drop the unit off. Drop off was the parking lot of a gas station with little space.

Lock on trailer left from previous customer. Had to use bolt cutters to get the lock off. Location did not have bolt cutters. Location is a gas station / convenience store with only one clerk so needless to say took an extraordinary time to transact.

Pick up location changed 3 times. I picked the site I wanted because I wanted that location. The pick up time changed without my knowledge and the people there were not willing to help me remove the trailer from the hitch.

This location was very close to our home. It was easy to get in and a back up and drop off the trailer. The manager made sure that we were able to do this and told me that I would be getting my confirmation of drop off in my email. Which i did shortly afterward. I had a horrible experience with budget trying to rent a auto carrier when I came down approximately two weeks ago with one of their trucks. I ended up having to leave my car in Florida because after two tries with different trailers they still were not adequate in their functionality. U-Haul was a superior experience comparatively
