VERNON BTake away the part where your phone needs to be at 100 % charge. I've had trouble 2 x's now checking in because my phone wasn't at 100 %. So frustrating and ridiculous.
Deborah WAbsolutely superb!! Even though U-Haul's national office called to tell me that the truck I had reserved was not available, "Peace of Mind" quickly straightened things out. Note that U-Haul national sent me to U-Haul in East Petersburg, who had no record of my reservation. But "Peace of Mind" quickly set my mind at ease. I could not ask for better service.I already have recommended them to others.
Robert WClean the trucks a bit better. The windows were dirty. The floor in the cab wasn't very clean. The change oil light was on the entire time and was very stressful as I didn't want to get stranded. I understand all of this was due to the office being closed over the holiday weekend. I don't feel this should reflect on them...you asked so I told you. As for the location, the people there were very friendly and helpful when I called to reserve the truck. If I ever need to rent again I will certainly call them.

The office was super clean and so was the vehicle. Everything was ready right on time and they made my return a breeze! All in all a wonderful experience and they will be my rental location of choice from now on!!

The driver seat felt so comfortable as I drove over 1100 miles in about 26 hours with no discomfort at all which is unusual for me. Thank you again. I will be renting from Peace of Mind Self Storage again.
