Staff was great and the place was well maintained. Even managed to get to me before i got to them to close out on their day the office isn't open. Will definitely return to them if i return to the area.

The online services was the problem. First my reservation was moved to a further location which cost me more money, the truck that was reserved was not even on-site for pick up, sat there for 3 hours back and forth with online service just to be told I would have to come back at a later time after being charged. Then when coming back to pick up my truck I was told I already have received my truck because I was forced to pay for my truck online it showed it as being picked up already. When I went to return my truck it tried to charge me again very very unsatisfied

I took pictures for proof of miles and gas used and they still want to sit there and say I owe them 3 gals of gas. And tried to charge me for it when I told them I have proof

We rented on a friday, Because you closed at 1:30 on Sat & we couldn't get back in time Sat & you're closed Sun we had to pay for Sunday. We were only 1/2 late on Sat. Would be nice if you stayed open longer on Sat.

I sent off in a uhaul with a check engine on and the steering was bad so I called and was sent to another place where the lady brought the key out and said take this one

The check in and out process has been awful both times at this location. It's frustrating that we can't do a lot of the precheck work at home, the Cellular service is so bad at this location, after 45 min of trying to check in we were lucky enough that the woman at the office came by early and helped us. We were unable to check out and had to go through a 3 day process to ensure we weren't charged extra.

I called a head spoke to a woman, she gave info about costs.. I went and reserved the following day , went to pick up on the 3rd day an different woman. Place smelled like cigarettes and she coughed ALOT with out covering her mouth. The woman got rude with me when I went over what I was advised on pricing for milage. I WAS ADVISED $.72 A MILE. She said NO! $.97 A MILE. i advised that tues and wed both via phn and in person I was advised $.72 . She said NO YOU WERENT.. I then advised ma'am, The other woman whom I sat here and spoke to face to face advised that.. then said what is today.. I said Thursday.. ohh well its $.79 a mile today. I told her that they need to be on the same page, so random wrong info dosent get relayed as it did in my case. She got mad and snapped at me- DO YOU WANT THE UHAUL OR NOT.. so I advised NOT MY PROBLEM YOU DONT LIKE THE CONVERSATION, I CAN ONLY ADVOSED WHAT I WAS TOLD, YES I WANT THE UHAUL, AND MOVING FWD MAYBE YOU GUYS SHOULD COMMUNICATE ON WHAT WAS ADVISED SO YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS AGAIN. I also advised the day I went in I would need a dolly reserved as well,, so I assumed it was all in order. I check the truck.. and no dolly. They park the trucks on an open lot outside of a 2nd facility 2 blocks away, when I asked what time the gates close being I would need to get my truck- she said it didn't matter as the truck is not on the property, I advised I would need to get MY truck she again advised what she said about not being on the property.. I looked at her.. and said very slowly.. I WILL NEED TO PICK UP MY PERSONAL VEHICLE, TRUCK, AUTOMOBILE.. MY TRUCK NOT THE UHAUL.. oh well u will have to drive it and leave it where the uhaul trucks are. When driving the uhaul.. the transmission slips really bad when going into 2nd gear. Inside dome lite never went off, and ignition was very hard to turn off and get the key out. I drove maybe 25 miles total, Moving fwd I will drive out of my way to a different facility and pay a little more for decent service rather then down the street for Crappy service. Maybe I will just rent people a trailer next time and pay them instead of Uhaul..

Truck had not been inspected. We drove it to our home and found that the front passenger tire was balled. I called the lady where we picked up the truck. She refeered us to the regional manager Kevin. He told us to call the roadside assistance number. We waited two hours for the guy to show up and change the tire out. This could have been prevented.

Picking up the truck took a lot of steps and the cell service wasn't great in this location so it took much longer than expected and ate into our rental time. I wish there was a better system for knowing what to expect in advance and shortening that tjme

The vehicle had been wrecked, it was drivable but still should have been fixed.

Your truck was very dirty and it had major gas leak when trying to put gas in it. And the tires needed replacing. I could go on but you should get the point your truck sucked I feel I should get a refund for the poor truck condition Terry Overton

We are a local moving company and we use them frequently for truck rentals. They make picking the truck up by phone easy and are so pleasant to work with! Merci encore.

Dropped truck off after hours. Difficult to park the truck where it would be out of the way and not block the gates. If that's to be a drop off center shouldn't/ wouldn't it be more advantageous to have an actual parking area

I put gas in the truck and dropped off after hours. They charged me for gas and it was not the same as it was when I dropped he truck off which was 1/4 of a tank. They charged me for $22,5 for gas and a $30 service fee. Also I declined Safemove.when I reserved the truck and I was charged $14 for it. I tried calling customer service a couple times to dispute but could not get through.

Flawless return of truck. Filled gas tank back to where it was when we rented and we were done! I highly recommend using Uhaul - they really saved us when our movers couldn't make it out

Shortly after I moved in to the storage unit, I was charged a late fee. With a hectic long-distance move with multiple trips, all my accounts being changed, etc, I thought I had set it up on automatic draft. When I realized this, I called to pay it, and set up automatic draft. Later the same day, I read an email from Pego stating that the late fee would be waived if I set up automatic draft. So I immediately called back asking them to honor that offer, but they refused. I told them I would move out asap if they did not honor their statement. They did not care if they lost a customer. So they got the $30 late fee but lost $96,5/month indefinitely. Poor customer service.

I was very pleased with the facility, I felt my belongings were safe and I didn't need to worry about them. I would definitely use Pego Storage in the future if the occasion ever presented itself again.

They were not expecting me and they're not a full service location. U-Haul says that's Mabank when it's actually Enchanted Oaks. There are more full service locations north in actual Mabank. The young lady was very friendly and helpful.

I am on social security and they worked with me on my date that I got my check, that was really nice and never had to pay a late fee because of my check. They really do help you so everything goes smoothly. The storage building was clean and the right size I needed. Very nice people and place was clean, I like that. So I think this storage building is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone.

Everyone was friendly except the girl that closed my account out. Her welcome was nice til I said I was moving out. It says Jamie on my receipt. She got an attitude for asking questions about if I couldn't remove everything. Said its my responsibility to get rid of my "junk." Thought her delivery could have been better. Everyone else has always been nice. I would still recommend.

They didn't realize I placed an advanced order until when I got there. The directions for the location are wrong, taking you about 20+ minutes in the opposite direction. Only one dolly out of the 3 that I ordered in advance were there.

Very nice, clean storage facility. I rented 3 storages for almost 4@goldenOaks260 years, and never had a problem with anything there. It's secure for your things, and very nice people that respond quickly to your calls and questions. I would use Pego again in the future if I need storage again.

I am less than pleased with our experience when we picked up this truck. We scheduled to pick up the truck at Taylor Auto Repair and made the reservation online. However, when we arrived at this location, no one was there and the business was closed on Saturdays. Why would your system allow us to schedule it there when the business is closed!! This was very frustrating and required us to scramble to find another place that had a truck to rent. There are no that many places in this part of Texas and it was very upsetting when we needed the truck that very day. I would hope that U-Haul would refund all or part of our expenses due to the fact that this was not handled properly at all and we were stressed in trying to locate another truck. Thankfully Pego Self Storage was able to help us and provided a truck. The truck was not in the best of shape and my husband was concerned with driving it. But we were able to move what we needed to move back to Dallas anyway. We will not be utilizing U-Haul again if we can avoid it.. This glitch should not have happened and your system should have caught this when we scheduled the pickup. I hope you will fix this for future customers.

the rental did not refund any unused extra days. the web site did not say the extra days were "non-refundable", so I feel you stole that money - not a good customer policy.

The truck I rented the A/c was low on Freon or something while driving the a/c kept cutting out and it would get hot inside
