Wasnt the locations fault but I did my reservation online and asked for an appliance dolly. I got no notification that this would be an issue but when I arrived to pick up the uhaul there was no dolly available. I was then left to find an alternative solution or lose my appliances. Should have been notified there was not one available.

The pavement where I parked the trailer was cracked making it difficult for me to back the trailer. Also, the lighting was very poor (I dropped the trailer in the evening.) Additionally, I was charged $31 (additional charge of some sort) and I do not know what this charge was for.

The initial location did not have our truck. Upon calling U-Haul, the customer service was lacking. I was on the phone for 3 hours and kept getting transferred. U-Haul even hung up on me accidentally.
