I'm disappointed, I've fueled over the half tank like It was supposed and I get an extra charge for fuel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the gage. But I feel like somebody tried to steal me on this...

scott M.Waiting time was horrible. No professionalism at all. The staff was not well organized. Although we still got the trailer we had reserved online, so that was the good thing. Trailer was clean, but lights were not working well.

Peter M.We live in the Province of New Brunswick Canada and this is not Arizona in this time of year. It is winter here and plenty of snow. There should be snow tires on your trucks and the one we rented was really hard to handle on some snowy roads. Luckily most of our journey was on paved highway.
