The gas tank was empty, a very foul smell of dog, there was dog feces on the back bumper and a random black sock left in the vehicle.The engine seemed very run down.

Kevin HThe person I rented the U-Haul from had a people problem, before I even requested a U-Haul he already kicked out the people in front of me. Anytime I were to ask a question he would say sly remarks about me. The man also did not take care of the trailer, the trailer had a wheel with a bulge and took 2 hours out of my trip for us to get it repaired. I do not recommend going to this location to pick up a U-Haul, other than that U-haul was great and very responsive and helpful.
ROBERT CI returned the truck after hours so there were no personnel. I had no problems dropping it off. The app is super helpful!

PHILLIPPE Hnegative feedback is not for the site but for uhaul. i reserved several weeks in advanced. i went ahead and even called initial reserved site location: 524 Old Apex Rd Cary, NC 27511 to confirm if trailer would be available and they confirmed. the night before pickup location was moved after business hours. trailer was not available and was given the run around. called 9198750059 for support and was passed to multiple support members to get service. all stating that they need to connect me with local reservation call center. after having enough and asking for a manager in richmond, va call center. a trailer was finally able to be reserved but for the next day. uhaul find a containment for the immediate issue and a solution for a permanent fix. your system is flawed with nothing in place for product improvement. do better.

cierra hThe rental was excellent. I returned my rental 2 hours late and of course I expected a different rate. Of course. I definitely had trouble checking the truck back in for some odd reason so I took pictures for a time stamp of my drop-off. I called back the next morning to make sure of my return and the man I spoke with was very rude, he over talked me, he basically called me a liar. I was trying to explain to him that I just wanted to assure that the rental was checked in and all he kept saying was "you didn't turn the truck in yesterday which was a Sunday you turned it back in Monday morning. He would not let me explain what happened at the check in or nothing. I told him I didn't care about the extra money and that I was just trying to make sure it was checked in. Bottom line he was rude disrespectful and belligerent. And I did not appreciate being called a liar. Especially when I have time stamped pictures. This is not an attempt to get money I am fine with that part. He behavior was just unacceptable Especially in a customer service environment.

Michael BThe tires blew up on me from my trip from NC to Fl. We had to wait for someone to rescue us. The exhaust was broken and made the vehicle very dangerous to drive as it wouldn't go over 40mph on the highway. The person that changed the tires said he can't do anything about the broken Exhaust system.

Benjamin MEasiest moving experience I've ever had. I was able to get in grab a truck, move things across town, and drop it back off all in one day. Although I've had a fair amount of experience, I greatly appreciate that they still walked me through the process of annotating the mileage, state of the truck, how to get the best gas mileage, and some tips and tricks. Things I actually wished I would have know the first time I had to use a U-Haul many years ago, so major props to this place. They did not have the furniture lift originally requested, but did give us a discount to make up for the fact we'd otherwise have to go grab one elsewhere that, in our case, more than made up for it. Everything worked out great. Thanks!
Alan CThe site was fine it was the service that I had with the person that was bothersome He kept trying to argue with me when I repeatedly said I don’t know the mileage of the drive I said multiple times from door to door it’s 8 min I don’t know the mileage He was making remarks that I could pick up the phone and call if I was unsure of something more in as a he was speaking to a child he kept speaking over me which was frustrating he was saying I could down load the app kept trying to talk but I was so irritated by his remarks and demeaning manor that I was just ready to get out of there
