On line check in procedure took 45 minutes and 7 different people @ uhaul to resolve the problem. Terrible rental experience.

Edward HHands down the best experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Bill was incredible! He went above & beyond for us! We showed up at closing time, ran into a big glitch & he still made it possible for us to rent a car trailer. He stayed late & was so pleasant & friendly! I will always rent from this location in the future. Bill made this a smooth, easy transaction! I can't thank him enough!
