When I went to drop off my U-Haul the lady said just drop your keys I asked if there was anything else and she said no I'll get an email with charges. So I went all the way home got home and had 2 charges to the card on file the only explanation I got was through an email. Charged for 8gallons of gas when it was not 8gallons short maybe 2 gallons but not 8. So I went back up there with concerns because I also had a 2nd charge for insurance or coverage again. Lady couldn't explain because she was 3rd party so she very nicely gave me a number to call so I did I was told he was trying to get the charge dropped off for my gas and then I get an email from the manager saying that the charge was correct. I believe that there should have been better communication and also someone should have said hey you can either go fill it up more or you can be charged by U-Haul for the extra gas those gas readers are hard to read as it is. Does no one do inspections with the customer to make sure everything is okay. Overall this was a stressful experience when moving everyone has a budget and mine today was blown and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for the 2nd insurance charge to drop off and then I paid 36 $extra dollars for gas when I put 50 $in before I gave it back. So overall I over spent by almost 200 $more than the original price online.Laykin P.

My trailer was not on site when I arrived. I had to wait an hour for it to be returned by previous renter. Associate did get on the phone with previous renter and have him bring it back and the associate did come back after hours to accept it back and give it to me.Melissa P.

Watch for the gas trap. I'm STILL having issues with getting the refund in the overage I paid in gas. All tanks should be 3/4th full. My truck came with half a tank - even though I reported and photographed the amount I was still charged for the discrepancy. Not coolSonia B.

The truck was on empty when told 1/4 tank, was not able to get out without attendant pulling it out of spot because of danger of damage. The app did not work, kept getting error message and was charged for 3 DAYS RENTAL when USED TWO!!!Leslie G.
Great. As always! (And I don't work for you guys. Just a regular guy that has always had a great experience with Uhaul.). The one time I went with Penske, I had a flat tire an hour after renting it. Eight hours later, their service guy showed up. Thanks for not being them.Jeffrey B.

I have been charged multiple times by the location I picked truck up from and the location I dropped off the truck. I was told I would be refunded the charges and yet to see a refund in my bank, and then 2 days later see a pending charge from the location I picked the truck up from. They were rude over the phone, and the equipment is horribly maintained. The manager had a sign in the door saying he would be back at 2:05PM when I already had an appointment at 2pm, Why would you set an appointment for 2pm if you will be out on break until after said time? Then I watched him drive in and he would not answer his phone or answer my knocking on the door which he drove passed me and saw that I was there waiting, because he was on a personal call and did not come to unlock the door until 2:15pm.RICHARD B.

Let Dispatch know if they're closing early so that an appointment isn't scheduled while no one is there. I wouldn't have been able to get my truck if the guy hadn't shown up to grab some papers. He was nice, but in a hurry, since he was already closed.TAUSHA D.
