I had to wait for the store system to be ready for service. The attendant was very nice. Also the location close before my return time. All in all, I was really glad to be able to rent.

Start by having the truck at the location not a half mile away parked on the side of the road in an unsafe lo cation where you can get ran over by passing cars and next know the starting mileage don't try to charge people for more miles than they actually put on the vehicle I do have a smart phone camera too and lastly charge the correct amount don't just throw a number out for more than what I owe and say I'll email you a receipt no I can add and I want to pay the right amount and I want a receipt before I leave. Just a terrible representative of Uhaul. If I didn't need the truck right away I never would have rented it very unprofessional to ask me to write my name and email on a torn cigarette carton. Never again

So as he is yelling and cursing at me I had enough and wanted him to do his job as far as being a uhaul renter so I asked him to check in the vehicle he went crazy yelling "my fucking internet does not work" !! He then yells my total at me I said I want my rental receipt he yells at me again and then I said I'm going to report him to uhaul I was going to call tomorrow morning..but this nasty man with white hair runs a filthy established the food is covered in dust and dirt and the combos i bought were dated 2023 and were the least Dirtiest snack in this place the counters filthy just like this horrible smelly man getting close to me and yelling at me ..THIS PERSON AHOULD NOT BE REPRESENTATIVE OF UHAUL IN ANY FASHION WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH U HAUL EVER AND TO TOP IT OFF I CALLEDCRHE U HAUL ON 51AVE AND OLIVE THEY DAID THEY HAD NO TRUCKS SO I WOUND UP AT THOS PLACE GETTING ABUSED BY THE WORST PERSON I EVER MET HIS YELLING AND CURSING AT ME I WILL NEVER FORGET...the shape of this place seems like a drug spot all the items on the shelves are seriously covered in dirt and outdated it is exactly what you would not want your business name to be a part of...this guy yelled at me because I asked him to check in the truck return he said just leave me the key with the worst attitude it took 40 mins to check in the return with him yelling and cursing at me saying he did me a favor charging me for the smaller truck that I called in for first so he is a sick abusive smelly man and I'm sorry he does business for you treating customers like this!! I am not happy or ok about any of this

Christopher RThe truck needed. A wheel alignment extremely bad. The attendant named SAL spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, from initial meeting and at return of the vehicle. He stated "i can do whatever i want." He told me not to complete check in on my phone as it was easier for him to do it, as he talked on the phone to a customers service rep about his broken lottery machine; which was overlapping into my time or renting the vehicle. He then charged me for 100 miles although online and in person I selected 20 miles. As a minority woman and a customer and consumer, I take this seriously and offensively. Poor treatment of a customer is NEVER acceptable in the customer service community.

Tracy SI was told that because I was not able to get the vehicle at the location nearest to me I would be getting my miles prorated at 59 cents a mile by the customer car representative. I was charged 79 cents. Also the check in process was not what I expected for a U-Haul experience.
Mark SI have requested a pickup truck they would not let me rent the pickup truck climbing I needed a major credit card I was moving a refrigerator so then I had to lay the refrigerator down which is not good then they charged me for gas when I put gas in the vehicle also when I came to return the do you call the person was not there cash me out so I was unaware that they were going to charge me for gas I've asked for a supervisor to call me and yet to have one call me
Tracy TSal was rude not helpful at all! When asked about getting my deposit back he said to call this number which I did the number stays busy. I called Sal back he said it was because they are busy! Asked again about my money he said maybe tomorrow! Still haven't received it!
ROCHELLE DCheckout process to pick up the truck took much longer than usual. They didn't have the appliance dolly that I had reserved. I've always had a good experience and the process always ran smoothly at this location until today. There was a different agent than usual today named Sal and it was a poor experience. The agent we usually had on previous occasions was great.
Fraser TWow! We got f…ed by this location! Made a round trip reservation and then added a day clerk screwed up and made a new incorrect reservation and instead of $150 we got charged $500!!!!!! Wow you all are absolute crooks!! Believe me we are going to share this experience with everyone we ever come in contact with!!!!

Going to Valero to pick up the truck was easier than going to an actual store, and the gentleman that helped made the whole process so easy especially after needing to extend the rental. I'm sorry that I forgot his name but when we move again we will def use the same location.

Barbara FThe location was a very spiritual location for a U-Haul very uncomfortable attendant very rude overcharging my account per his manager and not per U-Haul policy and procedures non customer Freindly atmosphere threatening calls of calling and reporting vehicle stolen after charging me for 200 miles I spoke with them regarding the threatening behavior I asked to talk to his management as i simply requested vehicle extension he stated he was reporting the vehicle stolen again instead of extending rental I then call U-Haul to get help he’s a very large unhappy guy which is very uncomfortable and the manager agrees with the behavior I was concerned I didn’t want to return the vehicle without my husband then the manager is attempting to over charge my card some one please address this aggressive behavior

Dennis ZWhen picking up the uhaul I completed all my paperwork and the person handed me the key and pointed to where the truck was. He never went over information on gas or showed the condition of the truck. So there was no walk through. I get to my storage unit to pack all my home furniture and I open the back to find that it's has dirt all over. When returning, since there was no walk through, I didn't know where to park. Since it was a gas station I filled up and left it at the pump. I went in to check in, the guy send me outside to take a picture of the odometer reading and fuel gage. I go back in and he complains about where I was parked. I told him that he never said where I should return the truck. I then tell him about that truck being dirt. He told me, "we never know if they are dirt or clean because they can drop them off at any time in the night." I didn't pick it up until 10am so that's not an excuse and if you do a walk through like you should for checking in and check out they would have seen it was dirty. Worst uhaul experience I have had.

Raymond AThe man and woman we dealt with were not very helpful basically ignored my husband while helping (didn't think that was possible) and the man said he was making sure that the employee left our reservation open or what ever because he insisted he wanted to be the only one to process our card and such, not really happy that we had to wait a day for him to come back to work to Close out our transaction. Not a good way to do business. Will not return will not recommend.

The representative at the location was unwilling to help and also even though I had a reservation, they said that the car I wanted was already reserved even though it was sitting outside. after I explain that I still need a U-Haul. Customer service rep made me wait for at least 10 other customers to be serviced before assisting me. Then I was charged for gas even though I put MORE gas than what was in there to begin with.

WAYNE OThis is a gas station that has U-Haul equipment as a side business I expect. The gas station clerk was OK but we had to unhitch the equipment ourselves and didn't receive any kind of receipt or confirmation that we had turned in the equipment. She said we would get an email confirmation, which did happen a couple of hours later. I was concerned that we were leaving the trailer and have not had a check in process to confirm there was no damage and that everything was fine. It turned out fine, so I don't have any complaints. Exactly. It just was not the same sort of experience as we had at the pick up location.
Larry WIt would appear that they don't check the trucks when they come in. The truck I rented had not been swept out and was really dirty. It also had a broken visor that inhibited some vision through the windshield a safety concern. The mirrors didn't appear to be able to be adjusted another safety concern. There was nobody knowledgeable to take care of the return. Luckily, I have a smart phone now or I would not have been able to make this transaction.

Dahr-wynn BWeird location. Checked out via the app since it is a gas station. Had to call U-Haul to get help with the checkout. The lady that was there wasnt super helpful and didn't seem like she knew the process since she kept asking for the mileage and gas even though you take pictures through the app. I showed her my checkout confirmation but she still wanted to see it for herself. She ended up just checking it on her own. Very odd that this is a U-Haul location.

Worst uhaul experience yet.
