Jeffery Anice trailer well used but towed my 41 ford great A+
Richard CThe equipment was to be picked up locally in Livingston Montana (we were told that there was a one way trailer available at this site), only to find out that it wasn't. We were not contacted directly about it from the dealership, but from the main number in Billings with only a few days notice. We had to go to big timber which is 35-40 miles away …. And picking it up on the Monday that we were leaving (the site was it open on Sunday) and then have to load it, etc delayed us leaving. It was stressful!!! We barely made it out in snowy weather. We should have been told IMMEDIATELY from the start that the equipment wasn't available at that site in Livingston. The dealer in big timber was fine, though.
Amanda HUhaul truck was very dirty! Front end needs serious alignment. Not a comfortable drive at all.

Calvin cDid not do a walk through, just pulled up truck and said its ready to go. Got on the road and opened the drink holder and was broken on the axle. We had to hold our drinks in our laps. I wish I could have reviewed the truck first.
Ryan JExcellent service à la clientèle. Had a hard time finding the location, tho. From the u-haul website the address is listed and hyperlinked so when I clicked on it the location came up in my Maps app but was not the actual location. I had to enter the real address to find it.
