Drop-off location is a 24hr location and does not have a specified drop-off time. So this location is fine as normal if all is correct. If you drop off after hours you may get an additional day change.

Did not realize the drop off site was closed on Sunday. Was advised by U-Haul 24/7 help desk to drop off equipment and leave contract so people there would know who left it. Was reluctant to do so, but did and received a confirmation that it was received. Thank you.

We have used the vehicle hauler from a few different locations, but this one is by far t he best. We will definitely be renting from here when we need trailers in the future.

When I made the reservation, this location was accepted by UHaul's system. When I picked up the trailer, UHaul's system would NO LONGER accept this as a drop off location. Fortunately, the location accepted the drop off anyway.

Staff ember was polite and courteous. Given the questions above, I have to score the location low on "clean and inviting" as the cigarette smell from the repair shop permeated the lobby area. Overall good, quick, easy experience.

From dealing with you guys for years I can honestly say this was the most screwed up messed up no one at your call center knows anything on how to pay for the rentals it started yesterday afternoon my daughter called and reserved a cargo van used her debit card got up to pick the van up they told her she needed a credit card the girl there at 80th and federal excuse my language was a real BITCH UNPERFESINAL AND RUDE my daughter called to file a complaint and the person said there was no reason they should not have taken her card I Daniel Weber CALLED TODAY TO RESERVE the cargo van the guy took my debit card to reserve it I told him I did not have a credit card because it was broken into and I asked him if I could pay cash he said yes I asked if I needed anything else he said no I went to get the van the guy there at 80th and federal said nope you needed a credit card I can not believe that no one is trained to inform the customer I will never ever deal with that store on 80TH and federal again and I am going to let channel 9 and channel 7 know and let them investagate how poorly customer service you have the store on west 72 that guy is exalent that was the only reason I got a truck from him You have my Information and I can tell you another thing I will check that other store on 80th and federal if that little bitch is still working there I will let the news stations know she has no buissness working with the public we all don't like are jobs but you do not treat customers like they don't matter

Smelled terrible (very strongly of smoke) to the point I could barely breath in the office, and they did not clearly inform me when the truck needed to be returned. I felt like the truck rental was also extremely over-priced.

Do not drop anything off here. I was refused at first even after showing him the contract with his address as the drop off location. He continued to say if I dropped it off, he would have me charged to move it since he didn’t have room. Meanwhile, I had contacted corporate since my dollies weren’t in the trailer after the pickup location told me they were in there. They said to just take some from my drop off site for the afternoon while I use them. He told me if he took my trailer (even though he was my drop off location) “forget the dollies.” He said it’s not his problem and that’s where he left it. He also said they still charged me for them and shrugged his shoulders and said “again, not my problem.” Poor, poor respresentation for UHaul after an outstanding experience on every other front.

Did not receive confirmation call 24 hrs. before pick-up. Fortunately I called location I had asked for and found out where I was actually picking up the equipment. Employee at Perlmack was excellent and got me through checkout quickly.

The gentleman in the auto store was fantastic. The app though was not. I tried to rent the truck via the app for over 25 minutes taking pictures, etc. I will from now on always choose to deal with the customer rep then the "save time" app

The with shield was dirty. The console had something spilled on it that was not cleaned up well. I was charged $28.00 for insurance that was declined. When I called to correct it I was put on hold twice, for over twenty minutes each time I called. This was reported to my credit card for review.
