Samuel Smith III waited over an hour on 10/28 for a code to finally work after trying maybe 5 until I was finally given another truck. Then I was charged a cleaning fee when there was nothing wrong with the truck. With finalizing and almost doubling my transaction I was charged 2 over draft fees. So a $40 truck turned into almost $200 I have used this location before but never will again. They made me over an hr behind on a planned schedule I had

Jeremy SmithThe location was decent. However. Uhaul was crap. The door to the truck was standing wide open when I got there. The whole truck (except cab) reeked of cat pee. They charged me for equipment that wasn't in the truck at all. The pickup process was a joke. Took me an hour and a half of resubmitting my license over and over and over just to have to go back and do a different step I had already done. Absolutely will not rent from uhaul again. At this point I'll buy my own truck before I do that crap again. (Still to this date haven't received a refund for the equipment that wasn't there)

Jacob MulcahyFuel wasn't filled. Windshield wiper fluid was empty, which is dangerous. An installed governor prevented the truck from exceeding 75, which was dangerous, and I wish I had been warned. No ability to roll down passenger window was irritating. No bluetooth radio and an outdated plug-in that few carry the cord for was irritating. There were no hooks in the storage compartment. My straps and bungies didn't fit the wood rails well at all. Otherwise, truck was clean, ran well and got the job done.

Belinda SneadThe drop off location was an insurance company. The office was closed to I call the number on my reservation and had to leave a voicemail. I waited for an hour and nobody called me back. I finally found the drop box in the back of the building.

shawn towerThe check in procedure was EXHAUSTING. Please simplify it. Customer service was friendly as they walked me through the process. The truck was VERY clean and ran extremely well. The last few trucks I've rented (from a different location) ran like garbage. Loved the extra features not found in many of the other trucks I have rented.

JEFFREY BRADYI got to the pickup location and there was no one available to help me. Perry Perry State Farm was asking for me to call Uhaul to get a code and when I did, I was told by customer service representative that no code could be given and the keys were supposed to be released by Perry Perry. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour and finally got the keys released. The rental did not come with the dollies and equipment I had ordered. The fuel was not full and the paper indicated the it was. Only half the tank was full. I had to fill up the whole tank after my trip to return the truck because of the wrong paper documentation by the dispatch.
