Your resident managers, Lisa and Brad exceeded my expectations. They came out to my car to get information for reserving trailer in St Pete. When I returned to them, they did everything and were very efficient and personable. I would recommend their location to all my friends. They were great. I Could not ask for anything else, they went above and beyond!!

I think there is no understatement here, there is no way these guys can do anything to improve the customer experience: attentive service, throughout explanations without overburdening folks, they accommodate you far beyond their responsibilities just to ensure that you have a safe and easy move!

you intial pickup spot gave me bad info causing extra cost. I told them where I was dropping the truck in freeport and they said that would be fine. went back next day after a call from uhaul and the girl that handles was off do to virus. U charged me 21,00 $ for something I had no control of. not a happy customer KenI

If they say the hours of operation at that facility start at 6:00 AM they should have someone there. The sign on the door said 9:00 AM which is not even close to what the hours were supposed to be according to the on-line ad

This location was helpful except for the fact my reservation was inaccurate when it was made at the pick up location. This caused my drop off location to take it upon themselves to charge my account for an additional 120 $+ for no reason. When attempting to resolve this the blame was consistently passed off on other locations or area managers. The "area manager" never responded to any of my contacts to get it resolved and it took nearly 4 days to even get a response that wasn't "I'll pass this along/ or this is out of my cobtrol"... unacceptable service from U-Haul and I will never be using your business again in the future and will inform my friends and family to avoid it as well...

This was probably by far the most helpful people I've ever dealt with when working with UHAUL. They explained everything in greater detail than any other representative (but not over bearing). I really enjoyed talking with them and would recommend them 100 times over.
