Darren T.Picked up the trailer the evening before the scheduled job so we can start by 6:30 AM. While driving to fetch materials on a 40 MPH single lane road (one on each direction), the trailer came off the hitch. Thankfully, was able to control the vehicle in the lane and park it off the road without hitting upcoming traffic or apparent damage to my truck. Apparently, the trainee failed press down the level while tightening the knob (I have seen that before). Please add this step to the training book as this could have played out with devastating results. Also, I was charged more than quoted. Why? Cheers!

Thomas E.The inside of the truck was not wiped down, and garbage was left behind and somebody even left a dirty mask in there. Coffee/soda spills all over. We had to Clorox down the whole inside and throw out all the garbage left behind and then Lysol spray the inside.
