After we rented it for 5 day. Florida to Texas. On our way back in the rain the trailer leaked and ruined some of our stuff and soaked everything in the trailer. They should check the trailers better than they do.

Victor DThe truck was dirty. I pointed that out to the agent. I also had trouble with the truck and it died on us had to get road side to help and decided to take it back. On the way back it turned off again luckily it stared up after a few tries and we took it back. Even though I called the 1800 help line told them about the issue she noted the account them people at PMS still charged me. They dont care about customers to them you are just a number and a dollar bill.

Ricky TThis was the 3rd U-Haul location I had to visit in a day to get a truck that I had on reservation for several weeks at another location. This locations manager was great, etc. But U-Haul failed me big time on this day. I had reserved a truck for 4 days 5 minutes from the location I needed it (on Irlo Bronson Hwy), but this location was a good 45 minutes away. Terribly disappointed in U-Haul. I have several storage units at the other location as well. The second location I was sent to, had the truck, but the lady running the front desk couldn't find the key. She then sent me to this location.

ISRAEL SCustomer service was fine. The truck drive horribly and felt unsafe. I mentioned it to the two guys at the counter and all they said was yes its our oldest truck getting ready to retire. It should already be retired and uhaul should be ashamed of renting it.
Marie BI ordered two Hand Trucks, one regular and one Apliance and only the regular one was on the truck, i ordered as i need it so it was an inconvenience to deal just with one.

PABLO GI was suppose to pick up my truck on s. Orange blossom trail in kissimmee fl, but got a call sat morning that my 15 ft truck was not being returned, and I had to drive to Michigan ave in kissimmee florida to pick up a 20 ft truck, I was not too happy about the whole situation, Also the guy who called me from s. Orange blossom trail to tell me my truck was not returned, after I asked him why he told me to call the customer who was not returning the truck and find out myself,, was rude.!!
