Adding a trailer jack to the 6x12 enclosed trailer. I severely hurt my back lifting it off.

Paul FI feel like I was taken advantage of price wise. $124 for a 4x8 for one day was outrageous, but I was in need seeing my truck had mechanical issues and I was unable to use it to haul. I was able to use my car with the 4x8 to transport. I rented a larger trailer in December and was charged $80. I feel like my emergency was taken advantage of. Not a good experience, seeing I had no other choice.

Warren EThe manager, Joe, was awesome. I arrived a few minutes early and he had my paperwork up in no time reviewing what I had booked, which proved to be the wrong trailer. He suggested the correct one and said a unit had just come in and I could have it. In short order we headed out to hook up, which he did all of the necessary connections and I was off. I didn't need the entire 4 hours reserved and was back in a little over an hour where I was met by Joe who unhooked the trailer and I was off. No fuss no muss. I will use this location in the future for my moving needs.

This year I was unable to schedule online so I went with a different location, big mistake! I arrived at the other location and nobody was there, door locked, and no answer to their phone x2. After waiting 11 minutes, I called this location and they took care of me quickly and efficiently! I will only go to this location in the future!!

Nicolas VNeed to work on the haul app. I had major issues with my picking up and returning rental truck . I could not get the app to accept my pictures either time . Took over an hour sitting on side of hiway on phone with customer service to be able to pick up the truck not to mention that haul changed My reservation without my approval . I reserved truck for 48 hours then u haul changed it because they rented truck for the second day to someone else . . So much for your reservation guarantee. I didn't get my $50 nor did I have truck For the second day . Forcing me to unload my belongings in the back yard where I was moving into . Hopefully my belongings are not ruined from the weather well I have to start moving my things into house before all is ruined or have complaints filed for all of this in yard . Very unsatisfied u haul customer
