The location is not the problem nor the staff. The issue would be if you rent and trailers then you should have available accessories like ball hiches and ligh connections in order to be complete for the rental. Just have items that customers would need. Not only boxes and tape.Luis S.

I ordered a pull dolly and got a furniture one. It didn't help at all because they didn't have it avail. If you can rent it, it should be available. It made our moving experience 10 times higher. Plus the cost is so over pricedAngelica A.

My motorhome windshield business depends on this 6x12 ramp trailor. I would like to completely reserve and rent this unit online or over the phone. The app is difficult to use. Pictures dont attach well when filling out the form. I depend on this location. Currently there's only 1...6x12 ramp trailer that is in rotation. Can there be more ?Robert C.

I had a really a bad experience for the first time with U-Haul. The vehicle that I rented was really in a bad shape, the whole vehicle was shaking, I could drive more than 45 miles per hour as it was so dangerous between the brakes and the wheels.Youssef J.
Made this reservation 2+ weeks ago for the truck, appliance dolly and pads. They gave the appliance dolly to someone else. I explained that I needed the dolly and basically left it up to me to find one. They made a phone call to another office and said, they didn't pick up so that's that. I contacted two other offices to locate the dolly and was successful however, I had to drive 16 miles back and forth to retrieve the dolly which put the rental over the 50 mile threshold. I just received the receipt for the rental and was charged $50 for putting 64 miles on the vehicle. I had to locate and retrieve the dolly because of their lack of customer service and fulfillment of the reservation and then was over charged because of it. I'm calling the location now.Marc C.
Explain the filling the gas tank before returning the van back would cost $$$$ extra other than just the price of the gas. Paying an extra $35 to pump gas is excessive.Susana S.

Overall UHaul is a great operation, but all companies have issues. Your issue is the slap-in-the face return policy - if you speak with a service representative you are charged $20.00. Ironically, one can reserve a truck, revise reservation, even cancel reservation for free either through the app. or speaking with a representative, but are charged when you check in a vehicle...is this a joke or one last gimmick to jerk a few follars out of your customers while placing the blame for the expense on the customer. The contract needs to outline all requirements of an after hours check-in. If the keys are returned before going to the app., you are not able to get the pic for fuel level and miles in...WILLIAM V.

Do the reservation online in advance. Goes faster. They could do better cleaning the trucks. We actually cleaned the truck before returning it. But, wish it was cleaned before we got it. They gave it right to the next guy waiting.Mark S.

One particular customer service person was very grumpy and acted like she didn't want to be there. I'm not referring to the guy named Darrel that works there, he was okay. It was the lady who checked us in. She was very rude, snappy, and acted like everything and everyone was a bother to her.Eric R.

There was no one there to give me the truck, there were at least 4 other people waiting to pick up a truck and no one was able to! I tried to call and was told there was an hour wait for a rep, then tried to cancel and have spoken to at least three people who said they help but never did. You actually charged me $1,07 for driving 1/10 of a mole. Are you f#$&ing kidding me! Your customer service is horrendous!Eduardo M.

Make sure correct keys are in correct boxes for picking up trucks. Wrong key in box for my pickup and took a long time to get in touch with uhaul to get correct keys.Blaine B.

Didn't get an initial contract, so when we returned the truck and entered the mileage, it said we had driven over 8 000 miles and were going to have to pay for it. We lied on the odometer reading online for the mobile check-out and glad to say they didn't charge me. They actually weren't even aware of the correct reading as my receipt showed the incorrect mileage. Just added to the terrible experience I already had with the day before.Aaron W.

1-The truck wasn't clean there were receipts from other customer. 2- I was told I could returned it at Any location in Melbourn and that was a lay. The person there was very polite and explain that if he took the truck at that location the system showed that I would be charge over $100. dollars fee So I had to drive to Palm Bay that was the add. They had printed. 3- when I picked the truck I look at the address in Palm Bay so I had ask the person in the office to change to the address I had of the Uhaul in Melbourn he said wasn't necessary because I could return it at Any Uhaul. That's the reason I wouldn't recommend this location.ANA A.

The guy at the location lied and forced me to rent a larger vehicle when I reserved a pickup truck. He said usual changed my order and when I called uhaul they said no they never changed anything. The truck used more gas, and had a lower tire which caused me to use more gas as well. He said usual always screws him over and does that. Using the app to return the truck didn't work, customer service was no help and I returned the truck a day early but never received a refund. Instead they are trying to charge me additional $5.Jennifer B.

I was over charged and was given a truck ghat had a flat tire and lost my day because of it. A nice lady extended my truck for a third day and said I wouldn't be charged but I was. Worst experience ever. I'm still waiting on this to be resolved. How do you rent broken equipment and knowing it has a tire issue and won't hold air?Brandon S.
1 week and I still haven't received my deposit, the lady at the Davenport office says to check with my bank which has already been done! She offered no resolution and pretty much said that it's my problem. Never rent from that Davenport office ever again!Gary P.
