I feel like it should have been pointed out to me that there would be a charge per day for the use of the equipment in the truck. I feel like I had paid enough already for the truck. Otherwise everything was great. The truck served our needs perfectly. Merci.

We picked up the truck and the gentleman working said we were good to go so we headed home to start what we knew was going to be a long day of loading. The worker had left two rolling dollies in the truck and called us 30 minutes later after we had already started packing the truck asking us to return them. When we would not be then called me 7 more times. He then told our neighbors who were also moving- when they picked up their uhaul to tell us to return them. HOW unprofessional! We were not at fault for these being left in the truck and there was absolutely no need for us to be harassed and embarrassed because of his error.

The drop off facility is great! However, Apple maps does NOT send you to the proper address. The marker is somewhere 10-15 minutes away, which is ridiculous.

Rented 15' truck that drove great! Good rate! Got the job done we needed to do. Made reservation and truck was ready. No waiting. Service was excellent. Windshield needed to be cleaned on inside. We dealt with it. Overall highly recommend this location. Easy in and out :)

When I booked the truck online, a day when the office was closed, they didn't provide a code to gain entry to the facility to get the truck and return it. On the way in I had to tailgate in behind someone and then get a person that was there to let me out. To return it, I had to do the same thing. I left a message with the manager and didn't get a response back.

Read details of order and put all included items in the truck. I ordered 12 pads and NONE were in the truck. However, a hand truck (dolly) was included that I did NOT order. Also, your app stinks. I was forced to call for support spending an hour working through the steps until having success in getting my keys. What a waste of time! I will not be renting a truck from UHaul if any other options are available!

the inconvinience of getting in and out was stressful. There was no gate code provided and I had to wait for someone to open the gate to let me in. The worst part is after hours when theres no one there, its a storage unit so you cant even get out without a code! I was so stressed (I cant imagine the stress if it had been at night) I had to call people to come and get me out. How do you NOT provide a gate code or just give uhauls automatic access????!

I would not recommend this location for pickup or drop off after hours. You have to have a gate access code to get in or out. A storage customer opened gate to let me in but I had to call local police to let me out. They onsite residential manager would not answer phone or door. I left message and text but no response. The local police should NOT have to be taken off the streets to do Uhaul customer dis-service.

This is the only location that I have ever rented from that does not help you connect the trailer nor check the the lights to make sure they properly work. This is the second rental from this location and it will be the last!!! Also, I still haven't received a receipt for my rental which you usually get emailed once you drop the trailer off!

We absolutely appreciated that the 20 ft truck we needed was readily available for rental--that provision was invaluable as we dealt with overflow from a recent house-to-apartment move. The attendant on duty was professional, accommodating, and friendly That said, you might consider having two employees whose hours overlap during lunch hours so that the attendant on duty can have their break without interruption from customers who don't want to merely use the drop-box for returns, but actually need to engage with a representative. Having only one attendant work during lunch hours produces poor customer-service and experience on both ends--the customer needs services but also doesn't want to infringe, and the attendant wants to work but also requires the ability to enjoy an hour to eat uninterrupted. Please consider this point seriously.

Your check in website was easy to use. Your check out form required location services, which I turned on and it still did not work. I was not charged the 20 $convenience fee because I called and left a message, which made me happy. I think that website could be a little more user friendly. Absolutely NO problem with the location or the service I received from the girl that worked there. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

There were roaches in cab that had to be killed. The text I got from the place sent me to wrong location first. I wasted an hour. I had originally ordered a hand truck, but that was removed from my order. I had to stop and purchase a hand truck for 60.00. So no, not a great experience.

We did the 24/7 rental. It gave me a truck number and showed me a picture of a truck that did not have the letter lock it said it would. After looking all over the truck for a lock to put in the code word, driving around the property looking for a lock box with the number 3 as it said it would, and calling, being on hold for almost 30 minutes and then finally figuring out that the truck number and picture provided were completely wrong. Wasted an hour of my 24 hour rental period.

We ended up having to drop our Uhaul off a few hours late. We explained to the office person the reason. The reason was because my Dad had passed away less than 24 hours earlier. We had not had the chance to even unload the uhaul when he had passed (which was full of his belongings). There was no "I am sorry" or even an offering of forgoing the 30 late charge. Just a blank stare and this is what it is going to cost. And then the office person asked if we needed help unhitching the trailer. We were not sure. She says "Well I have a jack but that is it. I cannot lift anything". I don't mind paying the money, but a bit more empathy/sympathy would go a long way.

Ww had a reservation and upon picking up our truck we were informed that it only had a quarter of a tank of gas. When asked about a vehicle with more fuel we were told that one just came in with a half. Upon getting the keys and prior to departure I confirmed the gas was at half and it was below a half. Parked the truck showed it to the worker and he corrected the paperwork. The truck sounded terrible and when we temporarily stopped on the side of the road so we could clear out our driveway the truck stopped running and never started again. We called the hotline number given and after 45 minutes and no one picking up we contacted the hotline from the online site. Several phone calls and a repair tech deeming it had to be towed. Then the facility we rented from called to find out when we planned to return the truck. They had no clue about the broken down situation we had. We were told by uhaul that we had to off load our truck from the road and carry it up to our house ( very long driveway). They would then have it towed away. I filed a complaint and was told it could take 48 hours or longer to resolve any kind of reimbursement if they decided it was necessary. On day 4 and still waiting. Completely unacceptable.

Was on wait with U-Haul to make reservation for over an hour. It was not the actual site, but the call center, then when I went in to do the check off list for both pickup and also return received a site under maintenance message.

Lady behind the counter was rude. She also charged me for 3 gallons of gas. The contract don't say put exact amount. It says an about amount. I'm guessing she was mad we went with a newer storage rental unit down the street. I want my 14 dollars back she over charged me for my gas!! Very disappointed

The 5x9 open trailer that I rented was dirty. Both inside and out. There was also extreme cupping on the left rear tire. I consider it to be unsafe with load at highway speeds. Overall the experience was excellent and the staff were super friendly! However the equipment was sub-par and unsafe. If I would have had a longer term and/or out of town rental, I would have reported the issue to U-Haul.

Mobile check-in took forever. I went inside and the guy at the desk was no help. Realized I wasn't given a furniture dolly as requested after I left. I called back, left a message and there was never a return call. Reserved the truck until 6:30. When I returned the gate was closed. Fortunately a stranger helped us in and out after 20 min. I tried calling multiple uhaul numbers all to no avail. Why allow someone to rent a truck until 6:30 and close at 5:30 and have no code provided to access the facility! Worst experience EVER! Thank Gawd for Good Samaritan

Completely dismantle mobile check in and return. Completely rebuild the app so it doesn't allow two people to rent the same truck at the same time! Ridiculous! Worst mobile experience and process. If it wasn't for a nice lady working on her day off I would have been stuck unable to get a truck. Thanks to her but completely unacceptable by U Haul!!!
