Communication is TERRIBLE. I had an extra charge that I opted out of but they charged anyways, and I've been trying to get ahold of someone who can address this for almost a week now. Everyone I've talked to has said they'll let management know and to expect a call, but I have yet to hear from anyone despite calling several times now. All this for dirty, dinged up equipment. I will not be using uhaul again.
Haley RCory and Kristen run a fantastic site. Out of all the locations I looked at for Sunday they had a truck available after hours. It really helped me out a lot for something that was so last minute! 10/10

Antonella MThe truck was just about empty when I picked it up and during the course of the trip, I realized the right rear tire on the car trailer had a slow leak. I had to fill it up twice, but it never went completely flat. In the future, I would appreciate it if the vehicle is full when I pick it up and that all of the tires have been checked.

Julie JReplace the manager that handle my transaction. I showed up willing to purchase 30 or 40 miles. The manager stated that she couldn't charger me for less than 50 miles. That statement was inaccurate because two weeks prior to my visit at u haul in Apopka, I didn't have any issues using the same card. The manger went on talking about people are always stealing the u-hauls and then taking them to the country and not returning them. Very nosy lady, she asked so many questions that had nothing to do with the rental. The manager offered me a bottle of water due to the water machine being out of water. However, this lady gave me a bottle that had a label on it that was all screwed up. I will never rent from this location due to my experience with her. I'm going to spread my experience with this location with everyone who would listen to try to say them the headache.

Humberto DI would rate the location high, but I am incredibly upset with Uhaul. I was running on pennies to get out of where I was at and Uhaul charged me a second day. I was 2 hours over the first day and I was told that because Uhaul was closed on Sundays that if I turned it in a couple hours over I would not be charged a second day. This was very upsetting.

Stephen TI was supposed to pick up from the Apopka location, at the very last minute I was called (as I was about to pull into their driveway) and told they didn't have a truck available - but they would look and see if they could find one. I drove home, and as I was pulling into the driveway, they called again and said there was one at this location. I should pick it up and return it at the Apopka location. When renting the truck, the gentleman at the counter said, no you must return it here. This was way too much confusion for a confirmed rental. Also, the lock provided for the back door was frozen and couldn't be used and I had to find a lock on my own. Overall, not a very good experience with Uhaul this time.
