Kathy WVery poor customer service, they made me wait more than 40 minutes to deliver the trailer, once the contract was made they told me to wait outside where the trailer was to connect it to my truck and they made me wait so long that I had to go back to enter the store to look for the person and it turns out that the person was sitting at his desk
Jose COnly complaint was the interior was somewhat cleaned, dash and cup holders weren't super clean but good enough. The windshield was filthy but it was an easy fix.

JUAN CThere was some problems with the truck. The shifter didn't go into park or drive easily because it was sticking and loose. If you didn't push it up and hold it, the truck wouldn't start. The steering wheel was very loose. The air condition vents did not blow cold air, it was blowing cold air from somewhere else even though it was set correctly.

George RI have use this location quite a few times over the years and every time is always awesome. from reserving, pick up and returning. The employees are always friendly and helpfully. They make you fell happy and like a friend which is great because we unfortunately don't have many business like that anymore. Paul BVery convenient location, but The service approach of the owners is more of "I'm doing you a favor, so you do as I say" not a true Sales Through Service approach. They have a one time transactional, impersonal approach instead of a long term relationship building one. For the same rate, I'll rent in another location.
PETER LAt the time of my reservation of a 15' truck I informed them I did not want to insurance coverage as my insurance will coverage the rental. I received my receipt and i was charged $15 for coverage. I went to the dealer's location and was informed that i needed to contact U-Haul. I explained to the girl, i was not about to do their job seeing i paid them and it was their screw up. I also informed her that i would be disputing that amount with my credit card company which i did, and they in fact credited me the $15.00. If this is how you do business, i will find another company that does not screw its customers. I will inform all my family and friends about this and warn them never to use U-Haul for their deceptive practices.
WILLIAM GThe process is so long. Trying to download an App that I will only use once or twice a year is a hassle. The online documentation is fine but everything just takes too long. Checking in and checking out took a combined time of 1 hour and I only had the truck for 3 hours. This needs to be smoother if I am going to do this again. Everything else was great! Service, vehicle, location, availability - no other complaints.

Muhammad KI make a reservation and I declined the insurance. When I went to pic up the truck she didn't tell me nothing but when I was going to pay she told me a price and I ask her why and she told me that the policy is that you have to have the insurance of igual for rent the truck and at the beginning she didn't told me that because I made the reservation and allows me to proceed without insurance. She was with a little of attitude and she told me that she is going to refund me the money, but in the page isn't any explanation that says that because otherwise it would not let me make the reservation without the insurance.

Eric HI waited for more than 30 minutes just to return my trailer and nobody was around, even when they knew I was waiting for them
Jose LThe only issues I had was the adjusting the side mirrors, It was confusing to at first because I tried looking fort a button to adjust than realize you had to use your hands. The Lock Provided was very stiff and filled with rust making it difficult to lock and unlock. but these are minor complaints. overall its was a smooth and easy to understand system.

Jose GExplain that when picking up your truck with your phone you will need to download the app not just access the website, this was the most over complicated process ever! The truck was park so close between a fence and another truck it was almost impossible to get in it! They also charged me for 2 days when i had the truck less than 4 hours!

Robert PI was charged a $25 cleaning fee after I was asked if I broom swept the U-Haul (keep in mind we only moved a COUCH) and I replied yes (because we did!) so I left and then I get a receipt that has the cleaning fee. The guy working the front desk was not too personable. I first parked the U-Haul in a regular parking spot and then he tells me I need to back it into a spot next to another U-Haul. He said "don't back it up too far, people have been hitting that (pointing to something behind the uhauls) and then get mad when I charge them." - I've rented from MANY U-Haul dealers and the rest are all very helpful with parking the uhaul. He didn't even bother trying to direct me, just went back inside the office. I won't return to this location.
