Chaz GomezThe entire process took more than 2 hours. There was no clear indication of where the key was held, then when we found the key box, we had no clear way on the website to retrieve the key. Then, the approval process was crazy. Not only did the selfie feature did not work but they needed to make a phone call to someone I knew at 2 AM! Not one person but two people had to be called at ungodly hours for a rental van. So now that it has been over one hour in the process just dealing with that (which is cutting into my move time I reserved), I spent most of the time on the phone making constant calls to U-Haul customer service. The van was supposed to come with moving equipment, and it was completely empty. Due to it being after hours, there was no manager to assist me at all, so I had to go on without the tools I needed and paid for. Overall, I hated the entire experience, and I ended up being charged for 2 FULL DAYS when I only used the van for 5 HOURS!

The staff went over and aboard to help me with several issues, the reservation wasn't in the system, the wrong price listed was incorrect. I had to reach out to Jaleen to assist. The truck had issues, it was dirty, had a cracked wind shield and there was excessive heat at the drivers right foot. Several boxes in grandmas attic were wet once I reached my destination.
BRENDA JACKSONThe van i rented was dirty and there were signs of an animal being inside from the previous renter. There was an odor, had to wait while it was being wipe down. Droping off there seem to be a time limit on completing a survey, my question is " what's the rush "? Didn't like or enjoy my experience. The van ran like junk !

Johnnie SmileyI rented the truck and asked both the female at this location and the manager if it is okay too have someone else to pick of the keys because I was not going to be in class from 9-5:30. They both said yes. I was not aware until I received my bill that they asked the person how many miles I would be driving the trunk. That person said 20 miles which they did not know that the whatever he said could have resulted in me getting charged more or less. While talking too the female today she stated she asked the person that was picking up the keys because it is their policy. So I was charged an extra $21,51 because they decided to ask the person that was picking up the keys and not the person that is responsible for paying the billing and driving the truck. When I asked the female HER name she stated it was Johnathan. She never apologize or offered a solution she only waited on the phone and said "is there anything else" as if she had resolved the matter.
Faith LettmanI made a reservation for another location, they didn't even bothered to call and let us know that they did not have a truck. He even told us, they haven't had one for years, a courtesy call would have saved us time! We came to this location after calling several other locations, the counter person was polite and very helpful. I would recommend every customer to call and verify with their locations for trucks availability!

Anthony HarrisThe inside of the truck was so dirty that it was difficult to see out of the windows. We had to clean all of them as well as most of the cab area. The interior of the truck was clean, however.
Anthony ANNESII rented the truck and it was dirty and dolly and blankets was still in the back, I returned the dolly and blankets because I didn't asked for... After I got the truck I did one trip (back and forward) with few items inside the truck, after that I returned the truck. What got me upset was the fact that I was charged $25 for cleaning but I did not dirty the truck, I returned the way I received and that's was upsetting but what can I do?? One thing for sure, I will not rent a truck if I don't get inspected and make sure it's clean before even get inside...
gilson olivieriaToday I had a terrible experience. I tried to buy a sccreen printing press and transport it back to tampa from Orlando. I rented the truck one way got the insurance and paid the deposit. Upon arriving at the printing press location, I found that I had been misled by the seller. I had no way to load the machine into the truck. It completely ruined my day. Without a need for the truck I returned it to the location, desperate for some silver lining. Parrish offered that silver lining. Upon hearing my disappointment, she immediately set to situating a refund of the one way two day and a re-rental for an in-town with the distance traveled. It was a lot of trouble that she certainly didn't have to go through and for that she deserves commendation. She was cordial, lighthearted and pleasant the entirety of the exchange. The work she put in to keep a bad day from becoming worse meant a lot. Thank you to who ever hired her. Thank you to Parrish. Give her a raise.
