Theodore CTo begin let me say the employees there did the best they could. It may as well have been self service. Took way too long to get hitched up. They couldn't get the tongue jack to work. Finally I said lets just pick it up and slide it off. They sent me on my way. When I got to my destination I see a text stating I had to fill out a condition report before I leave the facility. When I got there to return it there was nobody there to help un load. The lady helping out, not even an employee, said just drop it there. I did. Noone came to check me out. Had to go round someone up. When the lady at the front desk got there she said no you can't drop it there. We went through hell hitching back up trying to get it in place. Had my daughter in the back of the trailer for counter weight so I could lift the trailer off manually. I'm 69 years old, we just spent six hours moving crap. The last thing I needed was to basically check out and check in the trailer by myself. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I think U-Haul should refund me every penny. Or cut me a check for the time I worked there. I charge $150 an hour for my time. Thirty minutes equals $75.00. Jeff Brown Clermont Florida Ridiculous.

Bladimiros SYour app is impossible to use. Unable to check-in because of issue with photo of ID. On return - check-out took over an hour again on the app that then charged 2 day rental for time of use when I returned before my 8 hrs. In person service was great. Your app is not especially at the end of a long moving day!

We spent an hour trying to open the car to get the keys but the gentleman that works there was able to opened it and we couldn't be more thankful saving us from paying extra for the road assistance. ANTHONY PThe personal mini storage business is second to none. U-Haul on the other hand is a horrible company. They take reservations when they don't have vehicles and when you go to pick them up they leave you hanging. Tony and his wife at the location are great but U-Haul is absolutely horrible.
