The only complaint that I have is the description of what the vehicle can hold. DEFINITELY WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A 1 BEDROOM APT OR STUDIO STUFF IN THAT TRUCK. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND UN NEEDED USE OF MY FUNDS. CHARGING TOO MUCH FOR THE MILES IN JUST MORE MONEY YOU ARE ASKING FOR SOMEONE THAT IS MOVING AND HAS TO PUT MONEY OUT THERE ALREADY

The van was dirty full of saw dust in cargo area. I had to clean it out. I was overcharged. I booked online waived insurance, and was under my estimated miles. I was charged the insurance fee, & the total was higher than my online estimate w/ more estimated miles. I was told it was submitted & could not be refunded at that location. "Corporate" was called by "Ray". he said the manager will refund the insurance fee, & I should see it on my credit card in 3 days. However the bill is still inflated. I will follow up with UHAUL.

Ray, was wonderful, he fully explained the rental process to me. He appreciated that I had pre-filled the information on the site. I will rent my next U-Haul at this location. Plus they carry a wide range of dog food and lumber. Its a one stop place. Thanks Ines

We waited for over an hour. The person before us waited for an hour and a half. We were told it’s due to computer issues. Finally our transaction was completed by a person on the phone.

I had checked-in online the day before the arranged pick-up date. Yet, I still waited for 50 minutes at the UHual location before I could pick up the truck -- and I was the only customer. When the keys were finally handed over, there no apologies whatsoever. I had also wanted to rent only 6 moving pads, yet they provided me with 12, more than I had ordered and needed.

The 2 tires on the passenger side had chunks of rubber coming off. Dry rot. The owner pulled up the vehicle and I was off. He made me sign all forms inside before examine the truck. It was death ride 2016. When I returned the truck in Longview Texas at 410 W. Marshall Ave the boss and another worker examined the tires and commented if I had hit any like a curb or something in the road I would have 2 blowouts at 70 miles an hour. The results would have been my death and the loss of $250,000.00 worth of one of a kind pieces of glass. There's no doubt in my mind that the person where I picked it up from know of the condition and let the vehicle go out anyway. It was purely by the grace of God that I'm alive and my valuables are in one piece. I paid $2200 for the privilege of putting my life and valuable at extremely serious risk. No experience SUCKED!!!!!!!

The matress bags were not available neither were the boxes. This is a very small store. We had to go to another U-hual location which was much, much better than this location.

Stanly, who takes care of the U-haul rentals, as well as the owner of the Lumber/pet food store were amazing!! They made the process so seamless and were so accomidation during my stressful move! I rented the 9' cargo van and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to move their items! Thanks so much for the great service!

It is not clear where you are supposed to park when you arrive and I found the individual behind the counter to lack any urgency in checking me out. I don't understand why I was asked to return to this location when there is an actual UHAUL facility less than 2 blocks away with very clean signage and a large parking lot.
