The signage of the location is poor. The staff need to be better trained. After taking the vehicle for only 4 miles and filling 3L of fuel, I was charged an extra $13 for fuel which is rediculous. I'm currently awaiting response on the matter.John D.

I had booked online with no extras added. When I picked up the truck, I was asked if I wanted to pay for safemove and I declined. When I returned, I got a bill for the safemove, for blankets and for a dolly all of which I had declined. Very disappointing. I have asked for a refund for the extra non-approved charges. The online pickup and drop off system places all responsibility on the customer and the service station personnel are not to be confused with those at a normal rental agency. For those clients not accustomed to using the uhaul app, taking pics of instrument readings, van condition, etc, the pickup and drop off process can be frustrating.Cameron M.

I got charged fees twice as much as my estimate. They did not give me a receipt at check out and added unknown charges. I had to wait more than 30 mins while returning the truck and the vendors kept apologizing for the delay but had no idea what they were doing.usman K.
The original truck was given away by accident. Promised a 50 dollar discount and half off kilometers. Haven't seen the bill yet, had to chase the truck to a different location. If the discounts are met I will be satisfied.Ray K.

We did not get the two dollies we ordered so we had to go back the next day to get them. If we had gotten them the we would have had the truck back within our reservation time but ended up h out of pocket for another day and extra km.John R.

The site was not the issue. I have rented from uhaul many times. All with excellent service. This time I reserved a truck close to home. Got a confirmation the day before pick up. Next morning the truck is not available. So making a reservation makes no sense if a truck can be given away regardless. Was a very trying experience because no one could answer the question of how it happened. They could only apologize. Only real shining light was the regional manager. Who took the time to personally oversee my account and hand deliver the carts I had requested.HARRYEDWARD W.
