The site was unclear (behind a convenience store which is not well indicated on Google Maps or from the road). The UHaul website was not working, I did not succeed to check-in or check-out online. The opening hours of the convenience store would not have been a problem if the box to let the truck's keys was safer (electric box unlocked on the side of the building). The only good words I have to say are about the employee of the convenience store, who was really helpful.Mathieu L.

I did all the reservations on the phone with an uhaul agent and than I had to redo it over again with a guy really hard to understand from the pick up location on the phone again.MATHIEU B.
The reception process was very good but the remittance of the vehicle was lacking professionalism. The girl said I have nothing to do with U-Haul. So I had to leave with no acknowledgement of the mileage and gas level. Incredible ! My overall experience was horrible. Uhaul changed my pick up location and did not advise me. Customer service couldn't help me until the next morning. Which was cutting it short. After a good half hour or more, finally changed the pick up location. Arrived at location, customer service agent had no idea what to do. Had to get a hold of the manager. Trailer was not cleared of snow and no one offered to help attach the trailer to the car. Took almost an hour to actually leave and get on our way. Very dissapointed.Remi V.
