The equipment I booked was not there when I arrived. The lady there was so distracted that it took her half an hour to figure out that the equipment was not there.

I did all the reservations on the phone with an uhaul agent and than I had to redo it over again with a guy really hard to understand from the pick up location on the phone again.
The reception process was very good but the remittance of the vehicle was lacking professionalism. The girl said I have nothing to do with U-Haul. So I had to leave with no acknowledgement of the mileage and gas level. Incredible ! From Beauharmnois to Naperville I was charged 186 dollars for 2hours and I told him it is only 55.7km to go and to come back list only 111.4 km he charged me in milles my name is Nicholas seremetis and my phone is 514-714-0827 thanks for your understanding
Waste of time ! Some boss / manger was supposed to call me back called 3 times and no one still called back ! And waiting for my refund they promised!!
Get someone who knows how to process the returns because they had no clue and ended up charging us for things that were not applicable.
My overall experience was horrible. Uhaul changed my pick up location and did not advise me. Customer service couldn't help me until the next morning. Which was cutting it short. After a good half hour or more, finally changed the pick up location. Arrived at location, customer service agent had no idea what to do. Had to get a hold of the manager. Trailer was not cleared of snow and no one offered to help attach the trailer to the car. Took almost an hour to actually leave and get on our way. Very dissapointed.
